The holiday home, built in 1979 and renovated in 2017, is a semi-detached house and functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire site, and courtyard.

The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
