The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1998, renovated in 2020 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For sole use are available: sun lounger, grill possibility and garden furniture.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with meadow, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. owner has an own dog The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner, central heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. Stations in different languages.
Pool
Outdoor pool (3.6 m x 6.5 m, depth 1.4 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the end of April to the end of September.

Kitchen with dining area, (induction cooker, 4 plates), fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with WC and hairdryer.
