The holiday home, built in 1979 and renovated in 2016 is a semi-detached house and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, fire place and court.

The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
