Description
The holiday flat is located in a detached house built in 1998, was renovated in 2020, and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion, and garden furniture.
Location
Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The owner has their own dog. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite. Channels in various languages.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.
Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of April to the end of September, 3.6 m x 6.5 m, 1.4 m deep).
Dogs
not allowed.
Distances
Shopping 500 m, restaurant 400 m, town centre 500 m. In summer: Balaton with beach 400 m in Gyenesdiás (beach 400 m in Gyenesdiás).

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the upper floor and leads via an internal staircase directly into the living room. Living room with seating area and TV. Living room (25 sqm) with air conditioning. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Kitchen with dining area (6 seats), electric cooker (induction hob, 4 rings), refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window. Separate WC with toilet and hairdryer.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
Please ensure compliance with quiet hours, particularly from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
