The standig individually holiday home is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture. 3 sun loungers for shared use.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm garden plot with meadow. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a path (rubble or gravel). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house.

a very clean house with well-kept house!! behind the house is a meadow with pavilion, all nicely laid out but unfortunately it was not known exactly whether you could use this with as many private things were stored by the landlord and the back door was locked from the house ...
the main beach there are ca.40min fuss, is a small beach near the restaurant cuba which was given near is, unfortunately, closed .., the owner is very nice
