Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 550 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. It is not possible for the group to be expanded. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Bathroom (4 sqm) with washing machine, tumble dryer, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Ground floor (separate holiday apartment): Storage room (11 sqm, unheated).
