Baby beach Tossens
first baby beach in Germany
Families with small children are particularly important for the North Sea peninsula of Butjadingen. This gave us the idea to set up a baby beach that takes into account the special circumstances of the smallest ones.
So we created a 250 square metre beach area with the finest sand and enclosed it with glass elements to protect it from the wind. In order to reduce the sun's influence, two large awnings provide sufficient shade, as the youngest children in particular are very sensitive to wind and sun

We arrived on Sunday and would have preferred to leave again. The house was so dirty. Dust everywhere, the shower was unusable [handful of hair in the drain, the oven, refrigerator, the trash can all dirty so we cleaned for 5 hours to feel somewhat comfortable. We met the manager in person and it was cleaned again on Monday but the many dust spots were still there. It was promised to bring 1 crate of beer and a broom with a shovel, which we are still waiting for today. In the meantime, we are already back home. There was only one trash can [there were no yellow bags, organic bins, or paper bins, so we couldn't separate any waste. We had several holiday homes before, but we hadn't experienced anything like this. The lawn was not mowed because a cable for the lawn robot was defective. The lounge chair was also torn on one side. So we will not recommend this house. Pure rip-off for the money. If the weather hadn't been so nice, we would have left long ago. We cannot understand the reviews at all. When we opened the wardrobe, we felt like we needed to renovate. [Paint cans, toilet seat for children, kitchen utensils]. I would like to send pictures, unfortunately that is not possible. We wish the next guests not as much trouble as we had. Fam. Freundl

We were very satisfied here. This accommodation lacks nothing. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the noise of the heating, but otherwise everything was great. Would definitely come back.

A super nice holiday accommodation
My best friend and I just wanted to spend a relaxing weekend and came across this accommodation without further ado.
The first thing we noticed was the absolute cleanliness. The flat is very clean, stylish and lovingly furnished and even has a small garden. All the furniture harmonises very well with each other, so you quickly find relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday life (actually there is much more). The only small point deduction is that you can't log on to Netflix in the evening to watch a film etc. on the TV. To watch
One review I read in advance about this accommodation: The heating switches off in the evening. I can't say that it does. We were there in the middle of November now
Can definitely recommend it. And the cleaning staff also deserve a lot of praise. This also goes for Mr Kirchner. Thank you for the great days..
