Welcome to our beautiful sun-flooded flat Lichtblick. The flat is located in a quiet residential street in Strandbad Tossens. The flat was freshly renovated in June 2019 and offers space for up to 4 people. The flat is on the ground floor and at ground level, so it is also suitable for guests who do not want to or cannot climb stairs. The flat is approx. 60sqm in size. It contains a shower room with natural light, a bedroom with a double bed (mattresses 2x 90cm x200cm), wardrobe and a mirror. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, a Tassimo capsule machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a cooker with ceramic hob and oven. The living-dining room has a patio door to the garden, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, a DVD player, a compact stereo with CD-USB and Bluetooth and a sofa bed for 2 people. The flat is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, an iron and a washer-dryer. For the garden, there is a garden lounger, benches, a table, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue. There is also a car parking space at the house.

Highly recommended
We liked the apartment very much, we felt very comfortable. Bright, friendly and tasteful. Perfect because of the terrace and lawn. We were not the only ones who had problems with the TV. Two more coffee mugs would be great. The location is ideal. We like to come back.

Einfach gut
Die Wohnung liegt im alten Tossens. Sehr ruhig.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Betten bequem. Alle Zimmer schön hell und modern eingerichtet. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Super Urlaub
Wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Sie ist schön hell und freundlich eingerichtet, sinnvoll ausgestattet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für alle Geräte sind verständliche Bedienungsanleitungen vorhanden und es gibt einen ausführlichen Ordner mit Empfehlungen, Informationen und Vorschlägen für die Umgebung, der sehr hilfreich war.

Schöner Urlaub im Butjadinger Land
Schöner Urlaub bei gutem Wetter. Zum Radfahren tolle Landschaft mit guten Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Der Langwarder Groden ist sehenswert. Eine Führung „Der Mond ist voll“ war toll. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. An Fenstern in der Küche und am Wohnzimmer wären Fliegengitter nicht schlecht ebenso an der Balkontüre ein Griff von außen. Sonst war alles ok. Mann kann viel von Tossens aus erkunden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sie ist schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl,sobald man rein kommt.

Rund um super!
Ein Haus in super Lage ruhig. Wenige Minuten zu einem Supermarkt. Zum Strand kann man in 15 min laufen. Oder den Bus nehmen. Vielseitige Gastronomie in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das aus selbst ist sehr toll eingerichtet,sauber und hat alles was man braucht,auch mehr. Pluspunkt ist der Wäsche-Trockner perfekt wenn man mit Kindern dort ist. Netter Empfang und man kann Anrufen bei jeder Frage,es wird sofort geholfen.
Schöner kleiner Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit und Terrassentür,kleine Anmerkung ein Griff draußen, an der Tür wäre toll,dann kann man diese Schließen wenn man sich in den Garten setzt. Wir kamen so auch gut zu recht.
Wir können dieses Haus nur Empfehlen,es waren super erholsame Tage,danke an das ganze Ankerplatz Nordsee Team und ein lob an die Putzfee. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Besser kann man am Wattenmeer keine Ferien machen!
Die Buchung lief reibungslos, in Tossens wurden wir freundlich empfangen.
Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, mit Blick für Details eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man zum Leben braucht, und ein bisschen mehr. Da gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und funktionierte (WLAN, TV, Waschmaschine etc.)
Die Lage in Tossens ist gut, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, trotzdem ist man in 5 Min zu Fuß im Supermarkt, in 15 Min bei diversen Restaurants, am Meer und im Kurpark. Bis auf Tagesausflüge konnten wir das Auto stehen lassen, weil alles fußläufig erreichbar ist.
Ein echter Tipp - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ferienwohnung absolut top, liebevoll und absolut stimmig eingerichtet.
Kontakt sehr herzlich. Um einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen absolut das richtige.
Bis zum Strand sind es zwar etwas mehr wie 500 m, aber der kleine Fussmarsch von 15 min ist sehr entspannend nach einem guten Essen
Die Pizzeria in der nähe der Ferienwohnung, sowie das griechische Restaurant am Strand sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Gerne wieder
Schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gegenüber einer Schule liegt.
Zu Fuß ist man in circa 15 min am Meer. Restaurants, Erlebnisbad und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls einfach zu erreichen.
Unkomplizierte und schnelle Abwicklung bei Buchung und Abholung aller nötigen Infos.
