Description

The Nordsee Huus is located in a quiet little private street and is the right place if you want to relax from the stress of everyday life. The house was built in 2009 and has been renovated and optimised in the last two years. In addition, a room with two single beds was converted into another room with a double bed. The new double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and 55 inch TV. The staircase was also renovated in 2018 with, among other things, an illuminated staircase

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located in a quiet private street in Neßmersiel, directly on the inland dike. Neßmersiel is a district of the municipality of Dornum and is located on the East Frisian North Sea coast. It has two parking spaces directly at the house. The garden faces south and is closed off by a wall and a hedge for beautiful, relaxing hours in the sun. The house has an outside room for your bicycles, which can be locked. You can reach the bakery in two minutes on foot. The Edeka market and the second bakery are four to five minutes away. The first coffee shop is just around the corner. Other restaurants can be reached in five to six minutes on foot. Neßmersiel is a place of peace and quiet. It offers everything you need - restaurants, a bakery and an Edeka market.
Leisure activities are provided for. Cycling, hiking, lying on the beach, walking on the mud flats, skating, fishing, canoeing, boat tours, a range of wellness treatments in the Sauna Oasis and a play paradise for children in the Sturmfrei on Störtebeker Straße. Sturmfrei also has a family cinema, bowling alley, climbing wall, trampoline jumping, Wii games and much more. Due to its good location, Neßmersiel is a popular starting point for mudflat walks. There is also a golf course nearby, as well as a mini-golf course and a heated seawater swimming pool.

Top holiday home

We (4 adults) were able to spend a great week in the holiday home. The equipment was top-notch, everything was available and clean. The welcome from Ms. Dora was very warm. Shopping options and restaurant visits nearby. The weather also cooperated, it mostly rained at night and in the morning. We can recommend the house.
