Plenty of space and a great view

We (6 adults and 1 baby) liked it very much. Everything was very clean. The spaciousness of the house and the great view of the time were wonderful. The furniture in the house is a bit older, but that's ok. The great big table and the sliding windows in the living room were great. The balcony is also very large, with a view of the lake and in the lower area is the covered terrace and the small garden. The equipment in the kitchen is great and everything is there. The grocery shop 3 minutes away has everything you need. In the house of the guest also 3 minutes is an indoor swimming pool. Opposite is a mini golf course and next to it a playground.

What you might want to know is that the lake is close by, but the house is on a slope. We often went to the lake, which didn't bother us. And there are always parking spaces. There are also nice restaurants directly at the lake and around the lake.

All in all a nice big house in a quiet hillside location suitable for large families

We spent a relaxing holiday. When the weather was bad, the children enjoyed the playroom and had matches with the adults. The house offers an excellent selection of crockery and cutlery, as well as glasses, for self-catering. There is no need to always wash up immediately to have available crockery. We liked it very much.

Letting the soul dangle

Whoever goes to Haus Rökonvale with the claim of wanting to relax, to be able to switch off a bit and simply to spend a few very beautiful days, gets exactly that. The opportunity to relax, to get out of everyday life with family/friends and to enjoy nature can be optimally used here. The house is very spacious and offers enough space for all persons. The equipment of the house is not the newest, but in a very good condition. Breakfast with a view of Lake Sorpesee and facing the sun is beautiful. If the weather is good, a walk or a bike ride to the lake is a must. The description of the house matches what it offers. Very quietly located, on a slope, you can walk to the village and have something delicious to eat, or cook something in the house. In bad weather, there is enough entertainment in the house. Music, television and a few games are available.

Super holiday home with beautiful surroundings

We have already celebrated New Year's Eve in this beautiful house for the seventh time with a larger group and are always looking forward to going there again. We have also been there twice in the summer. The house leaves nothing to be desired. It is clean, nicely furnished, and in a wonderful location. Even in bad weather and with a larger group, you don't get in each other's way. Throughout the year, new purchases are made from time to time, so you wonder in advance what's new. Not only does the house provide variety, but also the beautiful surroundings. It is a vacation for young and old, everyone gets their money's worth. The contact persons Mrs. Steinert and Mrs. Gehrke are very nice and helpful, all in all a worry-free package. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended

We were with 8 friends in this spacious and comfortable holiday home.
We really liked it!
We didn't lack any leisure activities.
Right across from the house, there's a mini golf course, a swimming pool, and a wonderful panoramic sauna. We relaxed really well.
In the evenings, we had a lot of fun in the recreation room playing pool, foosball, and table tennis.
All in all, we really liked the house. The time was too short. We will definitely recommend this house and book it again.

A nice weekend in the mountains.

The house is very spacious and provided enough space and comfort for us 11 people (7 adults + 4 children). The furnishings are a bit eclectic (from the 1970s to the 2000s), but practical and okay. We stayed there for a long weekend in September and found everything we needed (except for table tennis balls), even a large barbecue grill was available. The only downside is the high additional costs, which were determined after the stay based on the meter readings. We paid 87 euros for 3 days & nights, so please negotiate beforehand or be prepared for it!
