The renovated traditional Istrian self-catering house has 3 floors with 4 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens and 3 WCs. We did a renovation this year. Now we have another outside kitchen and an outside toilet next to the pool. The house has its own privacy. The house is practical and surrounded by beautiful nature, it has a parking space of approx. 1500 m², a playground is available. The house has sleep possibility for 10 persons.

Floor: kitchen with living room, dining room (8 seats), TV and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture). Kitchen with dining area (8 seats), TV and exit to the terrace (11 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 4 chairs). 2 bedrooms with 2 beds for 4 persons. 1 floor: kitchen with dining area (8 seats), TV, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (chest of drawers), toaster, kettle and exit to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, bidet and WC. Ground floor: kitchen with dining area (4 seats), TV, gas cooker (4 plates), fridge (chest of drawers), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and exit to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Top floor: kitchen with living room, dining room (4 places) and exit to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 bed for two persons. Separate toilet with shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Further equipment: Internet access (WLAN). Satellite TV reception.

The house is located in a position that you are in the village and close to the sea and not far from the town of Labin. From the house you are in 1 hour drive to all parts of Istria. everywhere
If you want to visit Pula, Rovinj or Poreč, you need a maximum of one hour drive.

The tourist town of Rabac is about 9 km from the house if you want to enjoy the beaches and other attractions. Camp Marina is 1,5 km away from us and there are very nice beaches. If you want to swim, dive and see our beaches (and without a boat license), do so because we rent a boat in Rabac. From Rapca you can experience a wonderful adventure by the sea and discover the beauty of our coastline.
All our guests in our house receive 10% discount on all prices of our boats and sailboats.
