Description

Layout of the apartment:
Living room: 4 armchairs, 3-seater sofa, coffee table. 4K smart flat-screen TV with foreign channels. Free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Kitchenette: Induction cooktop, extractor hood, oven with combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine + Senseo, toaster, kettle, cheese fondue set, separate thermos, kitchen scale, pots, cutlery and dishes. Bedroom 1: 2 single box spring beds (usable as 2 single beds or 1 double bed) with wardrobe. Bedroom 2: 2 single box spring beds (can only be used as a double bed), extra long, one of which is electrically adjustable, with wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds with electrically adjustable slatted frames, washbasin and wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: 1 single bed with adjustable slatted frame, washbasin and wardrobe.
Bathroom 1: Bathtub, separate shower, washbasin, hairdryer. Bathroom 2: Shower, washbasin and toilet.

The house is less than 5 minutes walk from Lake Veere. here you can swim, snorkel, sail, surf, fish, water skiing etc. The Banjaardstrand (North Sea beach) is 3 km away. This is a guarded beach, where you can relax, swim, fish etc. Kamperland (with several shops, supermarkets and restaurants), is also 3 km.
The location is central in Zeeland. Domburg is 18 km away, Middelburg 20 km away, Goes 24 km away and Zierikzee 30 km away.

Expectation fully fulfilled

Very friendly and accommodating reception. Very well-equipped holiday home. Everything is available from plaster to tea light. The deposit was settled with the additional costs within 2 days and transferred to the account. We would gladly return. A dream for guests with children.

Family vacation with child and dog

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Nothing was missing, and the large fenced garden was ideal for our grandchild and dog. The landlords are very friendly and gave valuable tips for excursions and activities. We would love to come back!

Great holiday home in a good location.

We spent a beautiful winter week in this tasteful and cozy holiday home. The facilities are great, we really didn't miss anything. Our sons loved the bikes, especially the tandem, and if we had come in the summer, we would have also enjoyed the water sports equipment and the beautiful garden.
The location is great, the Veerse Meer can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and you can also reach the North Sea beach in a few minutes by bike or car. The supermarket is also within easy reach.
Cari, the landlord, is friendly, helpful, and well-organized. And everyone was delighted with the cake as a welcome. Thank you very much!
The house is absolutely recommendable! We would love to come back, hopefully also in summer.

Expectations exceeded

You can see everywhere that this house has been furnished with a lot of heart. The furnishings deserve 5 stars. We were there with 6 people and it was perfect for us. Bicycles, tandem, 2 e-bikes and water sports equipment, as well as many other extras are available. Even a cake was ready for us :)
We would love to come back! :)

We were very warmly welcomed by the house owner, she had even baked us a cake, thank you again. The house is well equipped and very clean. There is nothing to complain about. The garden and terraces are great. We had a great time at Villa Watergeuzen! We can recommend this holiday home without any reservations!

great vacation

We (4 adults and 3 children aged 1.5 and 2.5 years) spent our summer vacation at Villa Watergeuze. We were very warmly welcomed and immediately provided with a cake. Thank you very much for that. The house is perfectly equipped and offers numerous opportunities for excursions to the nearby Veersemeer (a surfer's dream), the beach, bike tours, a ferry ride, city tours, and much more. The play opportunities for the children in the garden were used daily with much joy, and the men also did not miss out on grill fun :) The covered terrace invited for lovely evening hours, which led to some fun game/wine nights. Even on the day of departure, when our car wouldn't start, the Geuze family helped us. The vacation will remain in very nice memory for us. We would love to come back. Thank you very much.

House with great amenities for beach and sea

Very well-kept house, equipped with everything you need for a successful holiday. Very nice welcome from the owner, a short house tour, and even a homemade cake as a welcome. Everything you need for a successful day at the beach or by the sea, from towels to hairdryer, canoe, boats, stand-up paddleboards, air mattresses, parasol, windbreak... is available. The Banjaardstrand beach deserves its award rightfully. Everything is very clean here! There are so many possibilities to relax, be active, and eat well at Veersemeer. The bicycles were all in great condition, even 2 E-bikes (including a spare battery) were available! We spent a week at Villa Watergeuzen and would book again anytime. Absolutely recommended.
