Description
The apartment is approx. 62 m² and is located on the 1st floor of a 2-party house.
(The apartment on the ground floor is only used temporarily as a holiday apartment by the owner.)
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with dining table, living room, guest toilet and a large sunny balcony overlooking the Veerse sea and Veere.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and Senseo machine, electric kettle, egg boiler, toaster, as well as crockery, glasses and cutlery in large quantities.
You will also find the dining table for 4 persons (in extended condition for 6).
From there you have access to the sunny loggia equipped with balcony furniture for 4 persons (with awning).
In the living room there are two sofas and two armchairs at a large glass table, a stereo system with CD player, flat screen TV with SAT connection. WLAN access on request.
The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds and sufficient storage space in the respective wardrobes.
The bathroom contains a shower, WC and a washbasin with mirror cabinet.
In the laundry room on the ground floor you will find a washing machine and dryer for shared use for a fee.
A private parking space is available for the holiday guests and in the absence of the owners also a garage
In the equipment room you will find four bicycles for shared use.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in the quiet, comfortable residential park 'De Schotsman' consisting of single house development.
From the balcony (Loggia) with sun awning you have an enchanting view of the Veerse Meer and the historical town of Veere on the opposite shore.
Access to the Veerse Meer, the water sports paradise of the Netherlands, with excellent opportunities for surfing and swimming, is about 100 metres away. The longest sandy beach "De Banjaard", chosen in 2017 as the cleanest beach in the Netherlands, is about 3 km away, the boat harbour of Kamperland is 5oo m away.
Minigolf, water ski towing facilities, sailing and boat school and boat rentals are nearby.
An extensive network of cycle paths invites you to cycle through extensive polder fields or along the Veerse Meer and the Osterschelde and starts right on your doorstep.
There are several golf courses within a radius of 15-30 km in Domburg, Goes, Middelburg and Breunisse.
The impressive storm surge barrier in the Oosterschelde with the dike construction museum, the amusement park "Neeltje Jans" and the largest nature reserve in the Netherlands are only 5 km away.
The well-known shopping towns Middelburg, Ziericksee, Goes and Vlissigen as well as the popular holiday resorts Domburg, Veere, Oostkapelle, Kortgene and Colynsplaat are max. 15 km away.
Rotterdam and Amsterdam as well as the Belgian cities of Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges and Ostend can be reached in 1 to hours.

Bei einer Stornierung bis 6 Wochen vor Anreisetermin wird eine Stornierungsgebühr in Höhe der Anzahlung erhoben. Bei Vertragskündigung bis 1 Monat vor Anreise werden 50% des Mietpreises fällig. Bei späterer Kündigung ist der gesamte Mietpreis zu zahlen. Spätere An- oder frühere Abreise bewirken keine Änderung des Mietpreises.

Ein Auszeit zu Zweit
Wir haben sehr entspannte und schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung erlebt. Das Ferienhaus eignet sich wegen der Lage super für Spaziergänge, Abende am Strand und kurze Trips zu den verschiedenen Städten in Zeeland. Der Balkon war unser persönliches Highlight, nicht nur wegen der Aussicht sondern auch weil dieser Windgeschützt ist und Wir So oftmals draussen sitzen konnten.

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung im 1. OG
Tolle, ruhige Lage, auch für Ausgangspunkt schöner Fahrradtouren bestens geeignet. Ausstattung alles wie zu Hause vorhanden, sehr sauber, schöner Blick vom Balkon (Dachterrasse) aus zweiter Reihe aufs Veerse Meer und Veere. Ein Ort einfach zum erholen und genießen. Sehr schnelle und nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super gemütlich!
Wir waren zum zweiten mal in den Niederlanden um uns eine kleine Auszeit zu gönnen. Diese Wohnung war sowas von einwandfrei. Ich kann nichts negatives berichten, sooft ich auch darüber nachdenke. Komplett eingerichtet.
Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten.
Die Familie Jollet ist sehr unkompliziert und uns wurde alles sehr gut erklärt. Wenn es nächstes Jahr die Zeit zulässt, werden wir auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!
In allem 5***** Sterne.

Osterurlaub
Der Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg!
Da wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir den schönen Balkon mit Weitblick auf das Veere-Meer genießen! Morgens, mittags und abends.
Wir frühstücken und kochen gerne und haben uns deshalb über diese gut ausgestattete, praktische, großzügige und gemütliche Küche gefreut.
Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Veere-Meer und mit dem Rad in ca. 10 Minuten an der offenen Nordsee!

Auszeit am Meer
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Fahrräder konnten wir im Schuppen neben dem Haus abstellen. Super schön ist der windgeschützte Balkon und die absolut ruhige Lage. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man den Strand/Nordsee gemütlich in ca. 25 Minuten . Es gibt eine Wasserskianlage an einem nahegelegenen Campingplatz.
Die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder!

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf das Veerse Meer
Gemütliche Wohnung mit sehr schönem Balkon, der zum Sonnenbaden und relaxen einlädt. Es ist alles da, was man zum Kochen etc. benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt im Viertel 'Schotsman', welches direkt am Veerde Meer liegt - in 10 Gehminuten ist das 'Veerse Meer' und in 10 Fahrminuten die Nordsee mit dem sehr schönen Strand Breezand erreichbar. Die nächstliegende größere Stadt Middelburg lädt zum shoppen ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und der Kontakt unkompliziert. Wir haben die Wohnung schon häufig gemietet und fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub.
