On the large, green meadow to the right of the holiday home is our playground. Directly from the balcony and garden you can watch the children playing, with us everything runs very loosely and familiarly.
In our garden you will also find our panoramic lawn with a large, cosy wooden table and a garden barbecue.

Travel information Take the Inntal motorway A12 E60 to exit 39 Zillertal/Achensee-Wiesing. Drive through the Zillertal on the Zillertaler Bundesstraße B 169 in the direction of Mayrhofen until you reach the centre of Hippach. In Hippach at the traffic lights turn right over the railway track up to the next crossing (without traffic lights), then turn right again at the church. Follow the sign "Zillertaler Höhenstraße". Then up the Höhenstraße (approx. 4.5 km) until you see the sign "Haus Johanna" on the left side of the road. Please continue for about 100m to our turnaround point. Exactly opposite our advertising board you drive up the driveway until you reach our house. (The 3rd house on the left side.)Have a good trip!

In the meantime, the adults can enjoy the sunshine on our panoramic lawn. In the evening our picnic table with a garden barbecue is at your disposal.

Cancellations: Room cancellations are only valid in writing. The deposit made will be retained by us. Up to 3 months before the start of the vacation, there are no cancellation fees for you; from 3 months to 1 month before the start of the vacation, we will charge 50%; from 1 month before the start of the vacation, or in case of early departure, we will charge 100% of the booked stay. The place of jurisdiction is Zell am Ziller.

Get on board at the sunny spot of the Zillertal and ski down the largest skiing area of the Zillertal. The holiday region Hippach is the first entry point to the ski area Ski-Zillertal 3000 with 147 km of slopes and 46 lifts. We also offer 21 km of groomed cross-country ski trails with connections to neighboring villages, 15 km of cleared winter hiking trails, 2 ski schools with ski kindergartens, guest ski races, an illuminated toboggan run, horse-drawn sleigh rides, après-ski, discos and Steig'ein into winter fun! Summer vacation in the Zillertal
Our stay at Haus Johanna in the Zillertal was wonderful. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The view of the mountains is simply breathtaking, and the location is ideal for hikes and excursions in the area. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the apartment.

Vacation in the holiday home Johanna in the Zillertal
The Ahornblick apartment in the Zillertal immediately appealed to us at first glance. The accommodation is cozy, clean, and very well equipped. We particularly liked the balcony with the splendid view of the surrounding mountains. The location is optimal for exploring nature, yet everything is easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the apartment!

not barrier-free, not wheelchair accessible
Although a very nice landlady and great location above the Zillertal, but... neither wheelchair accessible nor suitable for wheelchair users, although declared as such in several holiday home portals. Upon telephone inquiry about whether the bathroom and toilet can be used without restrictions by a wheelchair user, this was answered with a yes by the landlady. Unfortunately, we had to realize that this was not the case at all, as nothing was possible without assistance! Bathroom and toilet not suitable for wheelchair users, as they are too small and require overcoming a step. No grab bars available.
Bedroom: Beds are too close together and difficult to reach for wheelchair users.
Terrace not accessible through the apartment for wheelchair users, as the terrace door only partially opens. As an alternative, access through the front door was offered, but then access was only possible over a grassy area, which is almost impossible without assistance. Kitchen without a dishwasher despite being indicated otherwise.

Ski holiday
We (a group of 17 people) were guests at Johanna's last week. She is an incredibly sweet woman who lives in the house. She understands very well that we are on holiday and does not complain about noise. She lives in the middle section of the house. The young people slept on the ground floor and we on the top floor. It is spotlessly clean and the beds are comfortable. There were 2 bathrooms, so we had to coordinate who would shower and use the toilet. The house is located very high on the mountain. As a result, you have a beautiful view but it also takes fifteen minutes to get down to the valley. Especially with snow, this was quite exciting. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday with a lovely landlady.

Beautiful location - beautiful flat
We found a very nice, clean and very well equipped holiday flat. The location is perfect and quiet with a wonderful view of the mountains.
The host Johanna is very nice and always has good ideas for new , adventurous hikes!
