The holiday home is an end house, which is located at the rear and has a large garden area, as well as a parking space.
The holiday home has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette. Furthermore, there is a guest toilet and a storage room, where a washing machine and a dryer are located.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed and a flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has 3 sleeping possibilities, one of which has a pull-out slatted frame
On the 2nd floor there is another double bed and a 3rd flat screen TV.
The garden is not visible and has a south-facing terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a quiet side street "Seeburger Weg" in Carolinensiel. It is possible to get the bread rolls in the morning or to do some shopping in the supermarket on foot (min.). The museum harbour and the town centre are also only a few minutes' walk away. The beach in Harlesiel is about 2 km away, as is the ferry terminal.

House in a very quiet location
It was a very relaxing vacation as a couple and 1 dog. Very quiet location in the greenery. In the evening, you hear no noise anymore, although the main road is not far away. Shopping options include the Edeka at the end of the street with a bakery. The house consists of high-quality furniture that is still quite new. Especially the sofa set is very comfortable. Beds with good mattresses and plenty of bedding are available. The stairs are a bit steep. Not suitable for disabilities. For us in our early 60s, however, no problem. We felt very comfortable, due to the tranquility of the surroundings and the beautiful furnishings of the house. It took a 15-minute walk to the city center. We took the bath train to the beach (highly recommended, as the driver is very nice).
