Welcome to your holiday:
A modern, bright holiday flat in direct beach location with beautiful sea view from floor-to-ceiling windows awaits you!
The spacious, bright living room with 49-inch flat-screen TV with digital radio, as well as DVD/CD player and free internet use (WLAN) expands into a beautiful loggia with sea view, where the dining area is also located
The couch can be used as a bed.
The kitchenette in the living room is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave with baking function, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The bedroom has a second TV set (40 inch). A high chair and cot are available free of charge if required.
The holiday flat can be occupied by 2 adults and one child.
Both TV sets in the flat are equipped with Ultra HD resolution and HbbTV, i.e. you can surf the internet with the TV sets or - if you have a video subscription - stream videos.
The beautiful bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and WC.
The holiday flat is on the third floor. A lift is available in the house.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday flat. You can use the covered, sunny arcade/community balcony for this purpose.
Washing machine and dryer (against coins) are available in the laundry room.
A parking space directly at the house is included.

Villa Freia with the "Meerblick" holiday flat is located directly on the beach promenade of Binz, on the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea on the island of Rügen.
It is only a stone's throw to the pier and the town centre

I enjoyed some sea air for a long weekend, finally got to know Binz and stayed at "Meerblick." The location is perfect and what a view - lots of sea..... ;-)

Family vacation by the sea!
We enjoyed late summer in Binz very much! The town and beach are getting quieter, the weather still invites for bathing, and the Duckstein Festival with good food stalls and lots of art to admire is back. Always beautiful!
