Welcome to your holiday:
A modern, bright holiday flat in direct beach location with beautiful sea view from floor-to-ceiling windows awaits you!
The spacious, bright living room with 49-inch flat-screen TV with digital radio, as well as DVD/CD player and free internet use (WLAN) expands into a beautiful loggia with sea view, where the dining area is also located
The couch can be used as a bed.
The kitchenette in the living room is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave with baking function, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The bedroom has a second TV set (40 inch). A high chair and cot are available free of charge if required.
The holiday flat can be occupied by 2 adults and one child.
Both TV sets in the flat are equipped with Ultra HD resolution and HbbTV, i.e. you can surf the internet with the TV sets or - if you have a video subscription - stream videos.
The beautiful bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and WC.
The holiday flat is on the third floor. A lift is available in the house.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday flat. You can use the covered, sunny arcade/community balcony for this purpose.
Washing machine and dryer (against coins) are available in the laundry room.
A parking space directly at the house is included.

It is only a stone's throw to the pier and the town centre

A linen package (bed linen, 1 shower towel and 2 towels) can be booked for 25 €. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. For arrival with pet plus 10 €/night and plus one-time 15 € for final cleaning. Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

tolle Wohnung
für ein verlängertes Wochenende Seeluft geschnuppert, endlich mal Binz kennengelernt und im "Meerblick" gewohnt. Die Lage ist perfekt und was für eine Aussicht - ganz viel Meer..... ;-)

Familienurlaub am Meer!
Wir haben den Spätsommer in Binz sehr genossen! Es wird schon etwas ruhiger im Ort und am Strand, das Wetter lädt noch zum Baden ein und es ist wieder Ducksteinfestival mit guten Essenständen und viel Kunst zum Schauen.
Immer wieder schön!!

schönes Binz
Wir haben Binz nun endlich kennengelernt und werden schon bald wieder kommen. Die Insel hat mehr zu bieten als wir dachten.... Vom Wohnzimmer konnten wir die tobende Ostsee beobachten und lauschen. Es war alles bestens.

Was für ein Ausblick...
Wir sind von der Wohnung sehr begeistert...Hier hat man wirklich einen tollen Meerblick und die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber - Villa hat eine perfekte Lage. Für Herbst haben wir noch eine kleine Lücke buchen können...bis dahin behalten wir Binz in sehr guter Erinnerung. Ihre Familie Höfer
