Maritime living comfort and a fantastic sea view await you for your Baltic Sea holiday:
The living room with the loggia in front offers you a fantastic sea view from floor-to-ceiling windows.
The comfortable living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. An extra bed for a child is possible on the couch if required.
The beautiful bedroom has a double bed. From here you can access the large furnished balcony in a sunny south-facing position. The chic bathroom with WC/shower and hairdryer completes the offer. Cot and high chair are included upon request.
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor.

Villa Freia and the holiday flat "Wellenspiel" are located directly on the beach promenade of Binz, on the fine sandy bathing beach. It is only a stone's throw to the pier and the town centre. Good restaurants and numerous shopping facilities can be found near the holiday flat.

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Immer wieder schön!
Wir waren zum dritten Mal in dieser Wohnung und haben dieses Mal sogar noch Zusatztage gebucht. Binz ist immer wieder eine Reise wert!

Endlich am Meer!
Mit schönem Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern im Wohnzimmer.
Das Wetter war schon so schön, daß wir Abends auf dem Balkon sitzen konnten.
Sehr komfortabel war das kostenfreie Parken direkt am Haus.
Wir können die Villa Freia empfehlen!
