Description
A romantic log holiday home awaits you for your holiday near the beach in Binz:
On the spacious ground floor is the living area with 2 comfortable couches (without sleep function), radio, 42-inch flat screen TV and kitchenette with dining area. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a 4-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc. The kitchenette is also equipped with a dishwasher
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The bathroom with WC and shower is also on the ground floor.
On the upper floor (with cosy sloping ceilings) there are 2 bedrooms - each with a double bed. Please note: one bedroom has a door, the other does not (see floor plan). The stairs have a stair guard for small children.
Cot and high chair are provided free of charge if required.
The holiday home is heated and can be rented all year round
It has a small furnished balcony on the upper floor
The holiday home also has a comfortably furnished terrace and a sunbathing lawn with sun loungers
For the children there is a swing in the garden. A barbecue is also available for the guests.
The friendly landlords also live on the property and will be happy to assist you personally if needed.
Children are very welcome!
Because worried mothers ask so often :) ... yes - the garden is completely fenced in.
Bicycle storage and a parking space for one car are available.

Location and surroundings of object
The Sommerfrische holiday home is located in Rabenstraße in Binz, not far from the station of the "Rasender Roland", the famous narrow-gauge railway of the island of Rügen. At the narrow-gauge railway station there is also a stop for the "Bimmelbahn", which provides public transport in Binz. Guests with a spa card can use the Bimmelbahn free of charge. The town centre and beach are also within walking distance.

gemütliches Ferienhaus
we were warmly welcomed, well-maintained property, cottage with terrace very cozy. Our children had their own room and plenty of space to romp around.
