Description
Friendly furnished holiday house for 4 persons for rent by owner. The house is located just a few hundred meters from Lake Grevelingen in a very child-friendly holiday complex.
Lake Grevelingen - it is separated from the open North Sea by the Brouwersdam - offers opportunities for swimming, surfing, etc. There is a marina with sailing and 2 km away - also a surfing school available. But the beach resorts located on the North Sea, such as Renesse or Burgh-Haamstede, are also just 25 minutes away by car.
The surrounding area offers numerous excursion destinations such as the beautiful, medieval-looking towns of Zierikzee, Middelburg, or the port city of Rotterdam. We have suggestions ready for our guests.
During the holiday periods, we rent our house on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. A rental is handled as follows: I send the corresponding rental contract to the guests by mail, the return can be done paperlessly.

Location and surroundings of object
A quietly located end-terrace house is offered, with an almost secluded garden and terrace, all very well-maintained, as we use it ourselves after all. In the kitchen, you'll find all appliances such as coffee machines (filter and Senseo), water boiler, egg boiler, and dishwasher. In the living room, in addition to the open fireplace, there is a TV set (German language programs) and a DVD player.
In one of the bedrooms, there is an additional TV set also with a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi internet access is of course also available for our guests.
The garden is fully fenced; in the garden shed, our guests have access to 3 bicycles and a handcart. Naturally, garden furniture and loungers are available.

In the Aquadelta resort, 10 minutes walk from the village of Bruinisse, you will find a daily supermarket, a restaurant and a laundry. But we also encourage you to take part in a variety of leisure activities: there are tennis and mini-golf courts, an indoor swimming pool with outdoor slide and children's pool, table tennis and a large field for football and volleyball.

A beautiful vacation
We felt very comfortable. We lacked nothing. Great location right by the pond and our two small dogs were also welcome. Very nice contact with the landlord. We will definitely come back! Thank you very much!

Perfect New Year's Eve
We drove home today with a heavy heart in bright sunshine. The accommodation was wonderful. Great location and very clean. We lacked nothing. A very well-equipped apartment. We were able to participate in all the activities from the Summio Park Aquadelta for the children. We have rarely seen such a well-maintained park. The contact with the host was also very pleasant and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Vacation with Dog
Great house, fenced directly by the pond, everything needed for relaxing is available (garden furniture, large sun umbrella). The dog Kalle also found it pleasant. Very nice landlords. Would love to come back again!

beautiful quiet location - perfect for relaxing
The 2 weeks in the landlord's holiday home were very enjoyable for me.
The house is located in a quiet corner of the street and also has a small fenced garden, which is ideal for dog owners.
The house is very clean and comfortably furnished, everything you need is there.
There are short distances to buy fresh rolls in the morning, and you are also at the small sandy beach of Bruinisse in 5 minutes. The dog beach (dog off-leash area) at Gevelingedamm is 2.3 km to walk, by car it's 12 km to get there... a very nice bike and footpath runs along the small lock at Gevelingendam, leading directly to the section for the dog off-leash area, highly recommended for dog owners. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing holiday for humans and dogs, a very nice landlord, I would love to come back!

Cozy house with garden right on the pond
A simple, cozy holiday home with a very nice modern bathroom. Everything you need for your holiday routine is available. We especially enjoyed being able to sit by the pond, watching the ducks and moorhens. The garden offers a lot of privacy. The evenings by the fireplace were very cozy. The Grevelinger Meer is easily accessible on foot.
A heartfelt thank you to the hosts. We would love to come back for a third time.
