In the warm and quiet summer nights you will find true peace and comfort in the beautiful, luxurious and private Villa Fabiana. Fully fenced, spacious and safe garden has a large private swimming pool, comfortable and beautiful sun loungers, a sun lounger terrace and a large dining table built with a stone barbecue. A few steps from the wooden terrace around the pool is the entrance to the villa.
The interior is new, modern, carefully and luxuriously designed. The house is fully equipped with all appliances, amenities and cutlery. Fully air-conditioned, the house will make you feel welcome and completely relaxed.
There are 4 beautiful bedrooms, luxurious and romantically designed, quiet and relaxing. There are 3 new and modern bathrooms. Free WiFi is available for our guests and parking is secured!
The beaches are just a few minutes away by car, there are three supermarkets within 10 minutes, and the area is filled with great restaurants with Istrian and seafood cuisine.

Location and surroundings of object
Labin is based in the place of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist centre of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in cultural heritage, Renaissance and Baroque palaces. The museum preserves the cultural heritage of eastern Istria. The old town is filled with countless galleries and studios of local artists who keep the heritage of their ancestors. Enjoy also in Istrian taverns with different oils, wine, cheese and ham.

Super vacation in a super house
We stayed at the house with 10 people for 2 weeks, 4 young and 6 older adults.
We were warmly welcomed by Mattea, handover was uncomplicated, friendly and competent, a bottle of wine and cookies were also there.
Aleks is always available via WhatsApp, sends lots of tips for everything and the handover at the end of the vacation was super easy.
The 6 bedrooms are all big enough, beds are impeccable. There are three kitchens, each with a large fridge, the two living rooms are properly equipped, also for a TV evening. There are enough chairs, the terrace tables can be put together. The kitchens are well equipped, we brought large glasses.
A freshly cleaned grill with charcoal, igniter and grill utensils was also available.
The pool loungers are comfortable, towels are provided.
Since it rained in the week before our arrival, the pool was a bit "cold" in the first week, but then improved.
Presika is a district of Labin with some (vacation) houses. You can walk to the roundabout at the cemetery quite quickly, from there an electric car for 7 people goes to Old Labin in the afternoon and from 18-22:00.
There are some nice restaurants there. Pubs and bars are more in Labin.
The Lanterne beach is about 20 minutes away by car.
There are many supermarkets in Labin.
We would book the house again immediately.
