Clean holiday home
We were initially very satisfied with the holiday home itself and also felt very comfortable with the host. Especially his warm manner and the fresh potatoes and tomatoes he provided us were a nice gesture.
Unfortunately, some important circumstances for us were not communicated in advance, which ultimately significantly affected our stay. We arrived with small children and had to experience that Filipino guest workers were partly hiding on the property and observing our children, which made them feel very startled and uncomfortable. Additionally, there is a warehouse on the property where loading and unloading activities were already taking place in the morning, which was associated with significant noise. We tried to discuss these points amicably with the owners, but unfortunately, constructive communication was not possible for us. Ultimately, the overall situation led us to end our vacation early. We found this particularly unfortunate, as the stay had initially been very promising and we had actually felt very comfortable in the house. We also found the differing information regarding the pet policy incomprehensible: The booking page clearly states that pets are not allowed, while the same house is offered on other platforms with allowed pets. This unfortunately seems contradictory and not very transparent to us.
Overall, we would have liked to be fully informed about the actual circumstances before booking. This way, we could have decided for ourselves whether the accommodation is suitable for us, especially for a vacation with small children.

The best conditions for a restful and relaxed vacation.
Villa Cvetko is a charming, well-equipped house. Lots of space and lovingly furnished.
In an absolutely quiet location; fields and meadows directly adjacent. You can't hear the highway, which is only 3km away! The best conditions for a relaxing and peaceful vacation.
The large pool (cleaned almost daily) contributes to this. The large volleyball court, which is in the shade in the morning and in the sun in the afternoon, invites you to participate in sporting activities. Whether it's volleyball or badminton.
The nearby Plodine, one of the best Plodine stores we have encountered in Croatia, can be quickly reached by bicycle or car.
The self-produced products of the landlord such as grappa, cherry liqueur, and olive oil were excellent.
We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and thank you for the warm welcome.
We know that we will come back!

Beautiful house in a quiet location
The holiday home Villa Cvetko is located in a very quiet area with a well-kept garden and a beautiful pool equipped with sun loungers, garden chairs, and tables. The house is ideal for families with children and also wonderful for guests seeking peace and relaxation. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathrooms are functional with showers, sinks, and toilets. There is a lovely covered terrace with a large table and benches. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. All in all, the four guests felt very comfortable and would gladly come back.

Leider wurden uns im Vorfeld einige für uns wichtige Umstände nicht mitgeteilt, die unseren Aufenthalt letztlich erheblich beeinträchtigt haben. Wir sind mit kleinen Kindern angereist und mussten erleben, dass sich philippinische Gastarbeiter teilweise auf dem Grundstück versteckten und unsere Kinder beobachteten, wodurch diese sich sehr erschrocken und unwohl gefühlt haben. Zusätzlich befindet sich auf dem Grundstück eine Lagerhalle, an der bereits morgens Be- und Entladearbeiten stattfanden, die mit erheblichem Lärm verbunden waren.
Wir haben versucht, diese Punkte freundlich mit den Eigentümern zu besprechen, leider war eine konstruktive Kommunikation für uns nicht möglich. Letztendlich hat uns die Gesamtsituation dazu gebracht, unseren Urlaub vorzeitig abzubrechen. Das fanden wir besonders schade, da der Aufenthalt zunächst sehr vielversprechend war und wir uns im Haus eigentlich sehr wohlgefühlt hatten.
Unverständlich fanden wir außerdem die unterschiedlichen Angaben zur Haustierregelung: Auf der Buchungsseite wird ausführlich darauf hingewiesen, dass Haustiere nicht gestattet sind, während dasselbe Haus auf anderen Plattformen auch mit erlaubten Haustieren angeboten wird. Das wirkt auf uns leider widersprüchlich und wenig transparent.
Insgesamt hätten wir uns gewünscht, über die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten vor der Buchung vollständig informiert zu werden. So hätten wir selbst entscheiden können, ob die Unterkunft für uns und insbesondere für einen Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern geeignet ist.

In absolut ruhiger Lage; Felder und Wiesen direkt angrenzend. Die nur 3km entfernte Autobahn
hört man nicht! Beste Voraussetzung für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub.
Der große Pool (wurde fast täglich gereinigt) trägt dazu bei. Der große Volleyballplatz,
der morgens im Schatten liegt und Mittags in der Sonne, lädt zu sportlichen Aktivitäten ein. Egal ob Volleyball oder Badminton.
Der nahegelegene Plodine, einer der besten Plodine, die wir in Kroatien kennengelernt haben,
ist per Fahrrad oder Auto schnell zu erreichen.
Die selbst erzeugten Produkte des Vermieters wie Grappa, Kirschlikör und Olivenöl waren vorzüglich.
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub und bedanken uns für die herzliche Aufnahme.
Wir wissen, dass wir wiederkommen werden!
Das Haus ist für Familien mit Kindern bestens geeignet und auch wunderbar für Gäste die ruhe und Erholung suchen.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, die Bäder mit Duschen, Waschbecken und WC`s zweckmäßig.
Es gibt eine schöne überdachte Terrasse mit großem Tisch und Bänken.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles in allem haben wir 4 EW uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
