Maritime living comfort and a fantastic sea view await you for your Baltic Sea holiday:
The living room with the loggia in front offers you a fantastic sea view from floor-to-ceiling windows.
The comfortable living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. An extra bed for a child is possible on the couch if required.
The beautiful bedroom has a double bed. From here you can access the large furnished balcony in a sunny south-facing position. The chic bathroom with WC/shower and hairdryer completes the offer. Cot and high chair are included upon request.
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor.

Villa Freia and the holiday flat "Wellenspiel" are located directly on the beach promenade of Binz, on the fine sandy bathing beach. It is only a stone's throw to the pier and the town centre. Good restaurants and numerous shopping facilities can be found near the holiday flat.

Always beautiful!
We were in this apartment for the third time and this time even booked extra days. Binz is always worth a visit!

Wintertage in Binz
We had relaxing days in Binz, great winter weather, a great view, and an eventful environment. Next time, we want to experience Binz in the summer and return to the apartment.
