Our holiday home is a log cabin on the edge of the heath village of Neuenkirchen and is located at the end of a dead-end street in a holiday home area. The exit road of the village is about 50m away.

It was newly furnished at the end of 2018 and is ready for occupancy in 2019.

The 54 m² living space offers enough room for up to four people.
The holiday home has a cosy living area, a small bathroom, a new, fully equipped kitchen and two small bedrooms.

The living room is equipped with a cosy sofa and from there you can reach the approx. 20 sqm large terrace, which offers a beautiful view into the very well-kept garden
Please note: The garden is not completely fenced in.

additional information about rental price:

Up to 2 dogs are included in the rental price, for more than 2 dogs we charge an additional one-time fee of 10€.
The rental price is payable by bank transfer one month before the start of the rental period.

Cancellation terms:

The cancellation must be made in writing. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the cancellation notice is received. Up to the 75th day before the start of the trip, 15% of the travel price. Up to the 45th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the travel price. Up to the 14th day before the start of the trip, 80% of the travel price. After that, 100% of the travel price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance! The statutory provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) apply.

additional information:

In the high season (April to October) as well as on holiday weeks (Easter/Christmas/year change) only weekly rentals, preferably with arrival and departure on weekends.
We charge a one-time surcharge of 10 euros for 3 dogs or more.
