From the conservatory you can watch the many birds, and sometimes squirrels, unnoticed.
Heideblockhaus Erika is also worth a visit in winter. It has a new central heating system, and on cooler days the wood-burning stove in the living room provides cosy warmth and comfort on a romantic evening.

Heideblockhaus Erika is quietly located in a special recreation area with no through traffic. 40 lovingly designed wooden houses stand in a tolerant and friendly neighbourhood. The forest borders directly on this area so it is close to heath and moorland. There are excellent hiking trails and a well-developed network of cycle paths.
