A beautiful modern studio on the 1st floor at the Swaalingestraat 58 in Zoutelande. This studio is equipped with a living area separated from the sleeping area by a shower room with a shower, sink and toilet (1 room). There is a cable TV and DVD recorder available, as well as free WiFi use. There are 2 boxing springbeds that are coupled as double beds. In the living area is a sofa bed and a dining area. Towels and bed linen are standard equipment in the studio. In the kitchen is a microwave, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker, as well as a 2-burner stove. In the garden there is a closed bike shed, where there is also a possibility to charge e-bikes. There is a private parking place for your car, and in the garden is a cozy sitting area overlooking the countryside. The studio is located in a quiet corner of the village Zoutelande, without the hustle and bustle of a tourist village, even if it is only a 6 minute walk to the bustling center and the beautiful south beach of Zoutelande, which beach every year brings in a blue flag for the cleanest beach with good amenities such as toilets, showers, beach pavilions, gangways etc. The bus stop is only 600 meters away. Zoutelande has good facilities of terraces and catering establishments, and is only 10 kilometers from the cities of Middelburg and Vlissingen. Domburg and Veere are also well worth a visit. Walcheren is rich in beautiful cycle paths, hiking trails and also for horse lovers there are beautiful bridle paths.

Swaalingestraat 58 is situated in the corner of the village Zoutelande, with a nature reserve with woods at the back and side, so quietly situated in an otherwise lively village right on the southern beach of Walcheren. The cities of Vlissingen and Middelburg are about 10 kilometers away, from leaving the A58 motorway it is a 10 minute drive through the Walcheren landscape before you arrive in Zoutelande.
