The Holiday home

The south facing garden is very inviting with its mediterranean charme, palm trees dandling softly at the the pool, from where you enjoy a nice sea view. Through the bushes, lining the property left and right, the pool area is private.

From the property entrance on the other side of the house, next to the garage, a stairway is leading up to the house entrance. In the house all rooms are on one level. From the dining room with its large window you also overlook the sea while enjoying a nice meal. In front of the modern living room is the barbecue terrace with pavillion provding a shady dining area. Next to it streches a large sunterrace with sunbeds and sea view - all equipped with comfortable wooden garden furniture; a stairway leading down to the pool.

Cozy Casa Miranda is very well kept and every year something new is added.

The quiet, residential area of Benissa is located between Moraira and Calpe. Rocky beaches vary with sandy beaches - approx. at 3,5 km distance is Cala Baladrar, which is rocky and particularly suitable for snorkeling and suba diving, about 3,4 km distance to Cala Advoacat, the beach is heaped up with sand, approx. 5 km to Cala del Pinet, also rocky, from there leads a 450 mtrs walkway over the cliff to the sandy-beach of La Fustera; the main beach of Moraira (partly sandy/partly rocky) is about 5,5 km distant, to the sandy beach of El Portet approx. 7 km.

Little supermarkt in approx. 2 km distance, 2 spanish restaurants are also about 2 km distant - in direction Benimarco; at Moraira´s costal road in about 3,2 km distance you have a large choice of restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets.

In the 9 km distant Calpe you find plenty shops, supermarkets and restaurants - as well as two large, sandy beaches with a pretty beach promenade.

In every case of cancellation a compensation is payable to the Landlord by the Tenant, calculated as follows:

- starting at the date of signing the contract until 75 days before arrival date: 30%
- from 74 days till 45 days before arrival date: 50 %
- from 44 days before arrival date: 100%

It is recommended that you will effect holiday insurance for cancellation.
