a friendly furnished holiday home with a pool area sheltered from the view in the beautiful residential area Buena Vista in Benissa between Calpe and Moraira. The well-maintained holiday home has an approx. 800 sqm large, enclosed, relatively level plot with a spacious, view-protected terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol. Another terrace with barbecue grill invites you to cosy barbecue evenings.
The 4 x 8 metre private pool is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy access. An outdoor shower is provided for cooling off in between.
On the pool terrace there is a well-equipped summer kitchen with bar counter and brick outdoor barbecue, two gas hobs, microwave/oven, fridge-freezer and sink with cold water, kettle, coffee machine and paella grill. Shaded seating groups are available here.
The entire living area with a living space of approx. 80 sqm is located on the upper floor of the holiday home. The lower floor of the house is locked and is not used for any other purpose, so that the house is only rented out for your guaranteed sole use.
The upper floor is divided as follows: Two double bedrooms (beds with single mattresses), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine, hallway, open, well-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer combination, oven, microwave) and small dining counter, a living-dining room with satellite TV, CD player, internet connection (WLAN) and exit to the covered terrace which is equipped with garden furniture. In the cooler season, the underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth.
You can reach the sea in about 2 km. The centre and the beach of Moraira are about 4 km away, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are about 1,5 km away. There is a parking space on the property.
