Description

... is a 2-storey, plastered, non-smoking house in the typical local style on a property enclosed by natural stone walls and balustrades.

It is located on the Costa Blanca, the white coast of Spain, in the region "Benissa Costa" between Moraira and Calpe.

In 500 m distance there are the next bays "Cala Baladrar" and "Cala Advocat". In 10-15 minutes by car you can also reach the larger beaches in Moraira and Calpe with water gymnastics and water sports in addition to many smaller bays.

The house offers a total of 186 sqm rental space on a 860 sqm hillside property with panoramic views and has 9 beds in 2 fully equipped apartments.

In the past years our holiday home has been extensively modernized. We take great pleasure in constantly keeping the villa in a very good condition and equipping it with new technologies that make many things more comfortable.

Both apartments have central heating with radiators in each room (for the cooler season in January+February). Ceiling fans are available in the two upper bedrooms. The bedrooms in the lower flat - at pool level - are equipped with standing fans.

The Villa Calsides has a central locking system, so you only need one key.

Outside there is a 32m² pool for private use with roman stairs. ( to meters deep)

Loungers, chairs and tables are available for 9 persons.

At the pool there is also the not visible hot water outdoor shower.

The house has several outside terraces and a porche (veranda) which can be partially opened. From here you have a direct view of the pool and a panoramic view over the valley.

Mediterranean plants surround the seats on different levels and some of them are equipped with large sunshades that provide sufficient shade.

There is also a large, rollable gas barbecue and a selection of board games and books.

Behind the entrance there is a carport, so that altogether up to 5 cars can be parked on the property.

Location and surroundings of object

Villa Calsides belongs to the village of "Benissa Costa" in the province of "Alicante" and the region of "Valencia" on the Costa Blanca - the eastern tip of Spain.

This small, charming village is situated at 260 m above sea level in the hilly, terraced hinterland between Moraira and Calpe, surrounded by almond trees and vineyards.

In the well-preserved town centre with its winding alleys, squares and manor houses, among numerous restaurants and shops, you will find the Gothic cathedral of La Marina, which is worth seeing, surrounded by the 17th century Franciscan monastery. At a distance of 20 km you can reach the Sierra de Bernia with mountains up to 1100 m high, crystal clear springs and cave passages.

The coastline of Benissa has a total length of 4 km, consisting of cliffs and small coves. (Partly also with pebble beaches with crystal clear water and light sand beaches). These are often overgrown with pine trees.
On the coast there is an "eco-path" with different sections that can be walked on almost all year round.

In Moraira & Teulada there are changing markets every morning with food, clothes or junk.
In the immediate hinterland lies the village of "Jalon" - the centre of regional wine growing. Here the probably most beautiful flea market at the Costa Blanca takes place on Saturdays.

Within 15 minutes by car there are various beaches, shopping facilities, tennis and golf courses, marinas, go-kart track, quad/ATV rental and much more.

Due to the many shopping and leisure activities, a car is recommended.
(This can also be booked through us, including personal delivery without shuttle transfer at Alicante and Valencia airports. For example, it is also possible to pick up a rental car in Alicante and drop it off in Valencia on departure)

The *lower flat* remains locked and will not be rented out to others.
In July and August (high season) the upper apartment cannot be rented alone. The displayed price for July+August therefore refers to the whole house for up to 9 persons.

The house is equipped with a fibre-optic internet connection with 200 MBit/s, which you can use FREE OF CHARGE via your WLAN-enabled device. Each tenant receives an individual Wi-Fi key when booking.

Both flats are equipped with LED TVs with which you can receive all receivable channels (including all German channels (without PayTV)) - partly also in HD.

The upper flat also has a DVD/CD player.

In addition, you have the option of connecting any playback devices with a 3.5 mm jack connection (headphone connection) to the music system or devices with HDMI to the TV.

For stays of more than 14 days, an optional intermediate cleaning service is offered.
Linen packages include pool and beach towels and beds are made upon arrival.
