Description
Casa Ferini is a wonderfully located and very nice, cosy detached 4 bedroom villa with private pool in the beautiful district of la Viña. The completely secluded terrace with pool gives stunning views of the sea and mountains. The whole day sun around the pool! On the terrace you can enjoy shade under the two palm trees or the naya (covered terrace). For the early risers, the rising sun can be seen from the living room and from the terrace!
There is superfast Wifi on the entire property, both inside and outside.
Solar water heater was installed in April 2018 to greatly reduce electricity consumption.

SWIMMING
The villa has a large private swimming pool 4m x 8m with several terraces to enjoy the sun and the sea view. At the pool terrace you can also cool down under the outdoor shower.
MORAIRA / BENISSA AREA
Formerly a small fishing port, now a tourist town with many cosy terraces, bars and delicious fish restaurants. The Spanish atmosphere can be tasted: visit the old castle of Moraira with the tower that was used to protect against the pirates. In addition, the impressive marina, sheltered between the rocks of Cap Blanc and Punta de Moraira. When you go to the auction in the morning, you will have your own fresh fish.
The coastline is alternately wild with beautiful rock formations, which have very child-friendly sandy beaches. A number of beaches have received European awards for clean and clear sea water. The main beach of Moraira is L'Ampolla beach, close to the centre. Other attractions are the beach of El Portet with nice restaurants and bars and the beautiful bay of Cala Baladrar. Cumbre del Sol has a fantastic view on a romantic beautiful beach!
Culinary delights abound. There are several restaurants with an excellent cuisine! Or go to one of the authentic Spanish folk bars in the nearby interior, where you can have an extensive meal of traditional tapas with a bottle of wine for a very attractive price.
The Spanish coastal road from Moraira to Calpe, with a length of 16 km, can rightly be called one of the most beautiful routes on the Costa Blanca. Directly along the coast there is a road with a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea with steep cliffs, surrounded by strips of pine trees. You really should have driven this road. In short, it is a fantastic area where you can find everything during your holiday. Benissa nearby (5 km). At the foot of the Montgo nature reserve is the interesting coastal town of Javea (14 km), with a lovely old centre and a beautiful church. Along the beautiful coastal road to the south, after about 8 km, you have the impressive rock Peñon de Ifach (332 m).
Inland, with wild landscapes and mighty mountain peaks, you have, for example, Guadalest (42 km), an old mountain village built on the rocks. The "Aitana" (40 km away) is the highest mountain (1558 m) in the province and has panoramic views.
You will do the children a great favour with a trip to the water park Aqualandia or the theme park Terra Mitica in Benidorm (45 km).
Golf courses are plentiful: for example in Benissa, Denia, Javea and Moraira.
In all these places you will also find a tennis park.
A wide range of water sports are available in Calpe, Moraira, Javea or Denia.

Overwinteren met een prachtig uitzicht
Wat hebben we genoten van dit heerlijke vrijstaande huis met veel privacy en een prachtig uitzicht over het dal en de zee!
De ruisende palmen in het terras, het mooie zwembad en je eigen heerlijke sinaasappelen.
Tijdens de koude winteravonden hebben we genoten van de warmte van de allesbrander.
Het hele goede contact met de verhuurders heeft ertoe geleidt dat we komende winter weer kunnen gaan genieten van dit heerlijke huis!

Relaxing family vacation
The house is located in a quiet location and is equipped with everything you need to live. The beds are very comfortable. However, the lower floor can only be accessed from the outside, but this is not a problem.
The well-maintained pool is a lot of fun due to its size and depth. Thanks to two large palm trees, there is always shade on the terrace.
The plancha really makes you want to grill!
The electricity consumption is not completely included. However, if you make sure that the air conditioning does not run too often, you will be able to manage with the included electricity consumption.
The contact with the owners Chantal and Rob was very pleasant, and they promptly answered all open questions.

Relaxed vacation in a great house

Great holiday home in a quiet location

A very nice and well-maintained house, an attentive and correct host.
The location is great, but in winter the sun sets early.
Getting there is tricky at first, but you get used to left - right - up - down
You could spend the whole day in the grounds, but the house is still so centrally located that you can be anywhere else in half an hour by car. There is a lot to do here for all tastes. Shopping is also acceptable.
So a clear recommendation!

Holidays in Benissa
Hello, it was 2 perfect weeks and too short as always, the villa is well located and very clean upon our arrival. The owners are top-notch and easy to contact by phone. The 4 bedrooms are very nice with lots of storage. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is great for 8 people and deep after the first 2 meters, it is cleaned every week. A mobile vendor comes by each week to sell ham, cheese, chorizo, honey. The house is great, just missing a ceiling fan under the pergola because it gets hot and heavy quickly even in the shade. Mooi gelegen villa ideaal voor fietsers
deze villa biedt alles wat voor een groep fietsers belangrijk is : ruimte voor fietsen , ruimte om fietsen te kuisen , te repareren... mooi zwembad , grote buitentafel, buitenbarbecue, heel veel stopcontacten voor de gps op te laden .
Binnen is er een heel gezellige eethoek en living met een ruime keuken .
Met de 4 slaapkamers kan je hier zonder mekaar in de weg te lopen met 8 personen logeren .
Echt niets op aan te merken .
Ligging geef ik een 4 omdat de villa wat afgelegen ligt van een dorpskern.
Wat ik zeer apprecieerde was de professionele aanpak van de communicatie met de eigenaars: telkens werden vragen zeer snel beantwoord via Whatsapp, waardoor mijn vertrouwen alleen maar groter werd . De afrekening werd ook zeer correct en snel afgehandeld. Top !

Prachtig gelegen villa met uitzicht op zee
Dit was de 4de keer dat we, met veel plezier, in casa Ferini verbleven. De ligging is prachtig, op een heuvel, erg rustig met uitzicht op de zee. Moriara en Benissa liggen op ongeveer 5 km. N.b. eigen vervoer is zeker gewenst. De villa is ruim, met eigen zwembad. Keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en goed uitgerust. De slaapkamers zijn groot genoeg, met ruime leg en hangkast, bedden zijn prima, horren voor de ramen! Heerlijk vakantiehuis!

Inolvidables vacaciones. Unforgettable stay.
Desde el minuto uno la comunicación con el propietario fue perfecta tanto vía mail, whatsapp o teléfono. From the beginning, communication with the owner was very easy either by mail, telephone or whatsapp. La casa estaba exactamente igual que las fotos, completamente equipada y limpia. The house was exactly like the photos, completely equipped and clean. La piscina es una maravilla y es lo que más disfrutamos adultos y niños, además por la noche con la luz es una delicia darse un baño. The pool is awesome and it was the best for adults and children especially taking a swim at night with its lights. Cenamos todas las noches en la “Naya” a la luz de las velas de citronela. We’ve dinner every night at “Naya” with the light of citronella candles. Moraira, Calpe, calas, playas y supermercados están entre 10 y 20 minutos. Beaches, towns, “calas”, supermarkets and restaurants are less than 15 minutes by car because you need a car to go and move around. La única pega que le pondría es que no hay una zona para aparcar los coches a la sombra y que si no tienes un navegador no llegas a la casa ni puedes moverte por la zona ya que es un autentico laberinto de casas. The only problem for us there’s no area to park in the shadow and if you don’t have car navigator or Google Maps you will not found the house when you go to beach or move around because it’s a real maze of houses.

VERY GOOD+++
We had a great holiday (despite the particular circumstances related to COVID) thanks in large part to this wonderful villa; the villa has all the necessary amenities and it benefits from an exceptional view. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful. The pool is cleaned twice a week by the pool maintenance person; Johanne, who welcomes us, is available to give you good recommendations and most importantly, the owners do everything to meet your needs. Fantastic Holiday
We had a fabulous holiday at Casa Ferini in August 2018. We were two families with 6 year old boys and the division of the upstairs and downstairs quarters made it easy to entertain and spend days together whilst still retaining enough privacy during resting hours. The house was spotless and the owners did go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rob has been particularly helpful during the booking stages by advising us of best car rentals and places to go, as well as putting our minds at rest once we paid all the money by being contactable at all times, always responding promptly and in great detail. The house itself is as beautiful as in the images and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's also in a great location, not far from Moraira centre and local supermarkets, local beaches as well as day trips to Altea, Xabia, Calpe, Denia etc.. The pool was cleaned regularly and the view is just spectacular, we were lucky enough to stay during the August lunar blood moon eclipse it was a magical night. We could not recommend this place highly enough and will hopefully return another time. Thank you to Rob and Chantal. All the best. A.

Jätte fin område och trevliga ägare
Vi är nöjd med våran resa, huset var i fint och städat skick. Både ägarna och kvinnan som mötte upp oss var jätte trevliga. Kan rekommenderas, även om vi hade oturen med att varmvatten beredaren upp skulle gå sönder, vilket tog några dagar. Men det är ju sånt som kan hända för alla. Fick bra hjälp och service. Varme dager i Spania
Da vi kom til Casa Ferini kjente vi igjen boligen og eiendommen ut fra bildene på utleiesiden. Den var akkurat som forventet, godt utstyrt med nødvendige fasiliteter, og med et kjempekjekt basseng. Boligen ligger i et rolig område og har en flott utsikt! Men man er avhengig av å ha bil for å komme seg til butikk og strand. Vi oppfattet det som et litt vanskelig område å gå turer og sykle i, da veiene er noe kronglete og med mye oppoverbakker. Men et fredelig og flott nabolag må vi absolutt si at det var. Huseier Rob var veldig ryddig og kjapp med tilbakemeldinger på mail og telefon, og vi følte oss trygge hele tiden underveis i leseprosessen. Alt i alt kan vi absolutt anbefale denne boligen til andre.

Wonderful holiday in Casa Ferini
We stayed for 2 weeks at Casa Ferini in july 2017. A family of 8; 4 adults, 1 teenager and younger children (4, 9 and 12). We had a fantastic time, and everyone enjoyed the stay. We loved the pool, the covered terrasse and the airconditioning. The area is quiet and the view beautiful. Moraira is a few minutes away by car, and also some very nice beaches, with nice snorkeling opportunities. You need a car to stay there as there are no shops or restaurants within comfortable walking distance . We strongly recommend the house to anyone interested in a relaxing familyholiday in this area.

Excellent Villa
We booked Casa Ferini as a last minute holiday decision and we were certainly not disappointed. Our experience was very positive from start to finish - Rob, the property manager responded to our initial enquiry incredibly promptly. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and considered every detail to make our holiday a success. The villa was beautiful and it had good facilities which made it feel like a home from home. It is situated in a convenient, idyllic location with a lovely garden and fantastic sea views. Our children loved it too! We hope to return to Casa Ferini again in the future, many thanks Rob and Chantal.

Superb house for sale in the heart of the village, with beautiful garden.
We came back delighted by this beautiful house. Very clean, well arranged with everything you need inside. Good bedding. The owners are very courteous and explained everything to us in advance. incredibly cool holidays/ lovely house
The house is very clean, very comfortable, everything in the house is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. The sea can be reached by foot, just 15/20 minutes walk. We all were under impression, how much the owners thought and decorated the house. Photo does not show all the loveliness of this house and location. Parfait pour 2 familles
Maison parfaitement adaptée pour 2 familles: 2 niveaux totalement indépendants l'un de l'autre avec une cuisine, 2 chambres et une sde/wc par niveau. La piscine est très agréable, il y a de l'ombre sur la terrasse avec les beaux palmiers. Vue agréable sur la mer. Quartier très tranquille.
