Description

The house has a beautiful, cozy living room with a sitting area, dining area, and open kitchen. The newly renovated shower room with toilet is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. One with a large double bed 2m x 2m, as well as a wardrobe and air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom has 1 bed 2 x 0.90 m and a bunk bed, each 2m x 0.90 m. In total, there are 5 sleeping places available.
There are enough wardrobes for clothes, etc. in the rooms and the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, freezer, as well as toaster, coffee machine, various electrical appliances, 12-piece dinnerware set, pots, pans, and cutlery. Also available: raclette, grill, etc. The washing machine is located in the shed. A flat-screen TV (with the dish you receive all German channels), as well as radio/CD and internet, and various games are available.
There is a rowboat, patio furniture, sun umbrella, and loungers. The house has everything for a beautiful, perfect vacation.

The house is located on an approximately 8-hectare lake in the beautiful holiday park "De Rijd" in Nieuwe Niedorp.
The lake is ideal for fishing, swimming, and boating. The house has a guarded parking lot with numbered reserved parking spaces.

Nieuwe Niedorp is a typical Dutch village. It has a shopping center about 2 km away. The nearest larger town, Schagen, can be reached in about 9 km. There are several restaurants within a 3 km radius.
There are many beautiful places within a radius of 25 km

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

additional information:

House 6 is located in the left roundabout from the entrance and can be driven 15 km by car for loading and unloading. After that the numbered parking lot is to be used.
Dogs are allowed, but only on the ground floor. They have no business in the bedrooms or even in the beds.
Smoking is not allowed in the whole house.
Please don't leave any cushions outside at night.
Please leave the house tidy and tidy on departure.
The 10 Golden Rules of the VVE Vereniging van Eigenaren Buitenplaats "De Rijd" are available in the house and must be observed.

Beautiful

We were there for the second time now. The holiday home has a great location, right by the water. The landlady is very friendly. In general, it is also very dog-friendly there. We felt comfortable and will definitely vacation there again!

Beautiful little house by the lake

The location of the house is perfect! A dream for passionate anglers.
It is well-equipped, with everything you need; there is even an air conditioner in the bedroom. Although it is too loud for sleeping, you can cool the room down wonderfully beforehand and sleep well at night. Overall, the house does not heat up much! And we had temperatures up to around 32°C.
Everything you need is available in the house, even a freezer! We found that very pleasant. The landlord is very nice and helpful with any questions!

The water pressure in the bathroom is a bit low, otherwise we have nothing to complain about. We liked it very much. And we will definitely come back again.

Always beautiful

We were now in the Park de Rijd for the fifth time. Especially for anglers, it is a real paradise. I caught a big zander from the house this year.

Beautiful accommodation

The holiday home was very beautiful and clean. Everything needed was available. The landlady was very friendly. The location is very nice for a relaxing holiday. The water, right by the terrace, and the boat also pleased us very much. It is also very dog-friendly. We would love to come back!

Small and clean rooms

Small and clean terraced house by a pond.
Unfortunately, the bikes were no longer available.
The TV has a loose connection, so we initially had no sound.
Finally (after 2 days) a strong blow to the back of the TV helped.
The sound system has no FM antenna (not even a cheap whip antenna) and the CD player no longer works. If you want to listen to music, you have to use the TV, which has an old receiver that no longer supports many frequencies. First of all, you need to make space in the kitchen to accommodate your own groceries. The landlord, a nice elderly lady who lives almost next door, has never had any problems with tenants. The staircase to the bedrooms looks a bit adventurous, and the bathroom (newly renovated) is very small, so those who are overweight or have mobility issues should not book here. The price is a bit high, but otherwise, it's a good choice.

Dream location / dream house

We have now been to Nieuwe Niedorp four times and rate the house and location as the most beautiful you could imagine for optimal relaxation. The huge terrace has its own easy access to the clean lake. In the evening, you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. Nieuwe Niedorp with good shopping options is the perfect location for bike tours in all directions. One should definitely have these with you, as this way you get to know the area even better. Our very nice landlady, who lives just two houses down, also gave us great tips on where to eat very well. This is also a special service that we were happy to accept. Next year again, that's for sure.

Beautiful holiday home with pool in a quiet location

A beautiful holiday home right by the water. Everything is available in the house. Clean and tidy. Sufficient dishes, dishwasher, TV with all German channels and also internet. Games, books, everything is available. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Private terrace with access to the water and a boat... also a nice beach nearby. Also a good starting point for excursions. The landlady is also very nice.

idyllic holiday in the house by the lake

We felt completely at home in this holiday home. The terrace invited us to breakfast in the sunshine and the sun stayed until the evening, so that we could watch the sunset wonderfully. The possibility to swim in the water at any time was great and this ambience at the lake is really unique.
The landlady is very friendly and does everything to make you feel welcome.
The North Sea is not that far away, so you could always spend a day at the water and there is really a lot to see.
If our holiday destination should be Holland again, we would love to come back to this house, because it is really recommendable.
Thank you for a lovely time!

Idyllic vacation by the lake.

Our couple's vacation started off beautifully; the owner had lovingly decorated the cottage, there were even fresh cut flowers on the living room table and something sweet on the pillow. We felt very well taken care of and were able to enjoy our time here a lot. The facilities were absolutely satisfactory, as was the cleanliness. Activities were also provided for; we were able to swim, go boating, fish, go to the sea, or go on bike rides every day. We can only highly recommend this holiday home, we would also love to come back at any time!

Beautiful holiday home with nice people

We stayed in the very well-maintained house with our three children and two small dogs, enjoying the special view of the lake. We had a fantastic boat dock and a boat with a motor, as well as fishing equipment provided. The owners are very nice and not intrusive. They live just two houses down and were open to everything - we could sit at a table and have a nice chat with them for questions or other requests. Shopping center like Aldi just around the corner 1500m away, the village is very very beautiful and it's the perfect place to relax.
For fishing enthusiasts, a great spot right after getting up, the route is right in hand.
We will not have been here for the last time. Hot water and heating impeccable.
