The former customs house built in 1897 is located right on the lakeshore promenade of Ascona, its rear abutted on the famous Casa Serodine. The 4.5-room maisonette "Giulietta" has two floors. A corkscrew stairs leads from the hall to the first floor where there is the living room and a cozy sitting area on the balcony from where you can enjoy the view of the lake and the promenade. On this level there is also the kitchen with typical Ticino dining table, a double bedroom and a shower/ WC. Upstairs, under the attic room there are two further double bedrooms, and a separate toilet with washbasin. A reserved underground parking place is available nearby.
Ascona is situated on a gorgeous, sunny bay of the lake Maggiore, near to the river Maggia. It is one of the popular and popular vacation destination in Switzerland, with high level. The dense network of alleyways, where you will find shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries and antique shops, leading directly to the Piazza and to the beautiful lakeside promenade, where you can sit comfortably in one of the cafes and enjoy the unique flair.

The apartment is very large, located directly on the promenade, and offers a sensational view of the lake. We had a very nice family vacation and would love to come back.
