Description
The former customs house built in 1897 is located right on the lakeshore promenade of Ascona, its rear abutted on the famous Casa Serodine. The 4.5-room maisonette "Giulietta" has two floors. A corkscrew stairs leads from the hall to the first floor where there is the living room and a cozy sitting area on the balcony from where you can enjoy the view of the lake and the promenade. On this level there is also the kitchen with typical Ticino dining table, a double bedroom and a shower/ WC. Upstairs, under the attic room there are two further double bedrooms, and a separate toilet with washbasin. A reserved underground parking place is available nearby.
Ascona is situated on a gorgeous, sunny bay of the lake Maggiore, near to the river Maggia. It is one of the popular and popular vacation destination in Switzerland, with high level. The dense network of alleyways, where you will find shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries and antique shops, leading directly to the Piazza and to the beautiful lakeside promenade, where you can sit comfortably in one of the cafes and enjoy the unique flair.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, liegt direkt an der Promenade und bietet einen sensationellen Ausblick auf den See. Wir hatten sehr schöne Familienferien und kommen gerne wieder.

What an amazing property. The view is spectacular and the location can't be faulted. We absolutely loved our stay at Giulietta . The place has a great feel about it. Just gorgeous. Very sad to say goodbye!!

It is wonderfully quiet at night. 5 minutes to larger stores like Migros and Coop. The private parking space is a big plus. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful, spacious, very well-equipped holiday apartment for up to six people. Very central location, but therefore not idyllically quiet. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable. Positive: Non-smoking apartment, no pets. Negative: The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Chairs in the living room are not quite okay. Please note for future tenants: do not park on the disabled parking space for loading or unloading, I parked for 5 minutes and paid 120 € for it. Everything else was very nice, great location, large apartment and of course very central.

Apartment in an absolute top location. Upon entering the apartment, one feels comfortable. It has everything you need, even small details are taken care of (e.g. spices etc.). Reservation was straightforward, contacting the landlord is quick and reliable. Top!! We would definitely go back.

Of course, it's a bit noisy in the center and not suitable for sleeping in until noon. However, when the windows are closed, they are great! Great location, clean and well furnished. Would love to come back sometime...

The Casa Giulietta has the perfect location! We enjoyed the time looking out over the lake and the promenade from the small balcony and seating area. Best shopping opportunities (Migros, Coop etc.) in the immediate vicinity easily accessible on foot. The apartment's amenities are great and leave nothing to be desired. The rental process (including key handover, etc.) worked perfectly. We would love to come back.

Thanks to the unique location of the spacious apartment right on the promenade, we felt very comfortable again. Even in Corona times, self-catering worked perfectly thanks to a well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely move into Giulietta for a 3rd time!

The Giulietta is perfectly situated. We enjoyed the view of the lake every day. Boat landing, bakery, Coop, restaurants - everything is within walking distance. Despite the central location, the flat is quiet and we slept great in the thick old walls. The space in the parking garage is very practical. The service provided by the fewo team was very friendly and professional. The flat was spotlessly clean.

Casa Giulietta has the perfect location! We really enjoyed our time overlooking the lake and the promenade from the small balcony and the seating area. The best shopping facilities (Migros, Coop etc.) are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.
The furnishing of the flat is great and leaves nothing to be desired.
The renting (incl. handing over the keys etc.) worked very well. We will be happy to come back.

Super nice and clean, and of course in a location that is unbeatable. Absolutely recommendable for good stair climbers. Kitchen very well equipped incl. spices, vinegar and oil. Thank you very much! Helpful apartment staff, if you don't understand the door knob...;-) turn!

We felt very comfortable in our Türmli house from the first moment. The view of the lake from the balcony is beautiful, even when the weather is not so great. The flat is very tastefully furnished and looks exactly as it is shown in the photos. Unfortunately, due to the rather cool weather, we could not use the private terrace. That would have been the icing on the cake. If we ever come to Ascona again, we would love to stay here again.
