zum 7. Mal haben wir im DA 27 die einzigartige Lage und Aussicht genossen. Es war zwar sehr heiss im Tessin, aber wie immer, wunderschön.

Guten Morgen, es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einer zentralen Lage, aber dennoch ruhig. Hell, sauber und vom sehr großen Balkon eine wunderbare Sicht auf dem See. Absolut empfehlenswert. :-)

Die Wohnung ist mit Lage und Ausstattung wirklich sehr gut zu bewerten. Die Verwaltung Fewotessin ist sehr kompetent und hat alles im Griff. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

This time as well, we felt very comfortable in this spacious apartment, in close proximity to the promenade and Ascona. Everything you could possibly desire is available. The kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine is excellently equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. We were also able to enjoy the spacious rooftop terrace a bit. The 2 bathrooms are great. A great service is the spare linens, which are ready in a closet. (The additional money amount can simply be placed on the table at the end of the stay). We appreciate the underground parking with private parking space and direct elevator to the floor where the apartment is located. Overall, a great address in the best location! Thank you!

For years we have been very well looked after by Silvia Barcella. Further stays, usually every 2 years, are actually planned. It would be nice if the Ticinoticket could also be issued for rental apartments. I have already written directly to Ticino Tourism and discussed this with Mrs. Barcella. This could also improve the traffic situation in Ascona and positively influence environmental awareness.

It would be nice if the Ticinoticket were also available for rental flats. I have written directly to Ticino Tourism about this and also discussed it with Ms Barcella. This could also improve the traffic situation in Ascona and have a positive impact on the environment.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful flat. The location is fantastic and the flat lovingly and perfectly furnished. Nothing was missing. There are enough dishes so that you can use the dishwasher, something that is missing in many holiday flats.

Everything is available that the heart desires. The kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine is excellently equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. We were also able to use the spacious roof terrace. The 2 bathrooms are top. A great service is also the spare linen, which is ready in a cupboard. (The extra money can be put on the table at the end of the stay). We appreciate the parking garage with its own parking space and direct lift to the floor where the flat is located. All in all, a great address in the best location! Thank you!
