A full permitted kitchen, a bathroom / WC and a shower / WC. On the great big and furnished terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view on the Lago Maggiore and on the mountains. Relax in our spacious on-site wellness area, which features an indoor pool and a sauna. There is a reserved parking place in the garage.

Ascona is situated on a gorgeous, sunny bay of the lake Maggiore, near to the river Maggia. It is one of the popular and popular vacation destination in Switzerland, with high level.

Since we like to sleep with the window open, you can constantly hear a buzzing from a neighboring heat pump that doesn't always run smoothly. It's nice that the terrace has been redone.

It feels like a second home. Only the morning wake-up call from the pigeons is annoying, but the landlord can't do anything about that.

For the 7th time, we enjoyed the unique location and view at DA 27. It was very hot in Ticino, but as always, beautiful.

This time as well, we felt very comfortable in this spacious apartment, in close proximity to the promenade and Ascona. Everything you could possibly desire is available. The kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine is excellently equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. We were also able to enjoy the spacious rooftop terrace a bit. The 2 bathrooms are great. A great service is the spare linens, which are ready in a closet. (The additional money amount can simply be placed on the table at the end of the stay). We appreciate the underground parking with private parking space and direct elevator to the floor where the apartment is located. Overall, a great address in the best location! Thank you!

Once again, we felt very comfortable in this spacious flat, very close to the beach promenade and Ascona.
Everything is available that the heart desires. The kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine is excellently equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. We were also able to use the spacious roof terrace. The 2 bathrooms are top. A great service is also the spare linen, which is ready in a cupboard. (The extra money can be put on the table at the end of the stay). We appreciate the parking garage with its own parking space and direct lift to the floor where the flat is located. All in all, a great address in the best location! Thank you!
