The 5.5-room villa has a living space of 240 m2 on two floors. New, comfortable furnishings. Living room with pleasant interior design, open fireplace and an exit to the covered garden seating area. The kitchen is modernly furnished, the dining room has great space and big windows to the open view. Here there is an exit to the terrace that is furnished with cosy garden furniture. On the upper floor there is a double room and a suite with a living room. All of the rooms have exit to the balcony and individual bathrooms as well. The swimming pool that is tiled with granite, with its emerald green shimmering water promises cooling down and invites you to linger. From the reserved parking place stairs lead up to the house.

The Villa Artista has a hillside situation in Ronco sopra Ascona. A detached house for exclusive use. From the street stairs lead up to the house. The village center is a few minutes’ walk away, where you can find a small shop and restaurants. There are buslines as well from Ronco or Porto Ronco that take you to Losone/Ascona/Locarno/Brissago. And for shopping there is Locarno, Ascona or the shopping mall Mercato Cattori in Losone or the mall in Tenero which are best reached by car.

Ronco s/Ascona extends from Porto Ronco at about 200 metres to the height of 1300 metres in the mountains. The picturesque, quaint-looking centre rests on a prominence in the mountain side at a height of 350 metres. Three main horizontal roads connect the tortuous, vertical paths.
Ronco has always been an artists' village; Antonio Ciseri painted the altar picture in S. Martino church in 1870 where 15th-century frescoes depicting the four seasons can be admired. The German writer Remarque chose the shores of Porto Ronco as his favourite residence. A mild climate and spectacular scenery invite the nature-lover to visit this remarkable corner of Lake Maggiore.
The Italian border is only a few kilometers away. Canobbio with his typical Italian market on Sunday is 30 minutes by car.

The Villa Artista is our absolute feel-good place. We have been spending our vacation here for many years. The location and the view are simply beautiful. The villa with all its different spots and rooms, the art, the pool, the outdoor area, the love for detail is very special and unique. For us, pure relaxation and rest!
