Description
Our private and very well-maintained 4-star roof-only holiday home in Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the Harz Mountains (DTV classification 2015) is located in the middle of a small holiday park directly on a bathing lake. It is furnished in country house style and suitable for 4 people
We ask for your understanding that we can only rent out our holiday home on a weekly basis for professional reasons.
Therefore, we cannot offer short-term requests, e.g. over a (long) weekend.
The roof-only house has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors with a total of 5 beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, an open kitchen and a living/dining room with a view of the lake
In front of the living/dining room is the spacious terrace with direct access to your own garden with garden furniture and seating set. A barbecue is at your disposal. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven (ceramic hob) and a large fridge-freezer combination
A bathing shore belonging to the holiday park of the Waldseebad is only about 50 m away and invites you to swim, splash and swim in the summer months. There is also a children's playground only 100 m away.
In winter, toboggans are available. We ask for your understanding that our property is a non-smoking house. A small dog is allowed on request. The house is equipped for children. In addition to a travel cot and high chair, nappy-changing mat and socket protectors, there are books, games, painting materials etc. in the house. Table linen, dishtowels and all sundries, including toilet paper and Zewa towels are at your free disposal, as well as a selection of spices, vinegar and olive oil. Slippers are available, but you are welcome to bring your own. Hiking maps and information material about the Harz Mountains and the surrounding area are available in the house.
We are happy to give you tips and advice for hikes and activities in a wonderful landscape.

Location and surroundings of object
The immediate surroundings of the holiday park invite you to relax in all seasons. The Waldseebad is open from May to the end of September with free admission and is ideal for families with children. Numerous hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks already start at the holiday park. The high altitude of Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the Harz Mountains is also ideal for cycling tours. In addition to challenging tours for ambitious mountain bikers, leisurely flat bike rides in the surrounding area are also possible. The many hiking trails invite you from short walks to hikes lasting several hours. It is also not far to the Brocken, the highest "mountain" at 1141m. In Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the Harz there are numerous shopping facilities with supermarkets and many retail shops. The university town also has various restaurants, cosy pubs and cafes.
A special recommendation is the farmers' market in the Zellerfeld district, which takes place every Thursday from 6 pm from May to October. Here, numerous regional and national vendors offer fresh produce from the market, delicious home cooking and many useful utensils.

The object prices are valid for an occupancy with 2 adults plus additional costs and visitor's tax (minimum rental period 7 days). For each additional person we charge 5 €/day (children under 12 years are free of charge).

Relaxing holiday in the Upper Harz
Top hosts who welcomed us very nicely.
We would describe the house as top class at a low price, where nothing is missing that you need for daily life.
You can do without wifi, but if you still need the net, the reception is very good.
The terrace is not obstructed as in other roof-only houses, so you can still sit outside in bad weather.
From the Bobbert family's holiday home, you can plan great day trips without having to sit in the car for hours.

Dear Boppert family, we have now been to your beautiful holiday home for the 2nd time and we enjoyed it very much again. We can recommend it to everyone because it is so super cozy and clean. Everything you need is available. We didn't miss anything. We have never had such a beautiful holiday home and I think it is one of the nicest in the holiday park with the friendliest landlords.
