Villa Lavanda is located in the true heart of Istria. Beaches in Rovinj, charming medieval towns of interior Istria, historical monuments of Pula ... are all within 30 minutes of the house. The supermarket, restaurants, shops are within 10 minutes.

The house is newly built and modernly furnished. The outside has a closed and fenced garden with a large pool, sunbeds, sunshades, plenty of space for children, charcoal grill and a large outdoor dining table

The interior is new and modern. There are 6 beautiful rooms, and with the sofa in the living room, the house has a capacity for 14 people. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, a large kitchen and a spacious and comfortable living room. The first floor has 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet, and a second kitchen
The interior is air-conditioned, the house has free FLAT WiFi for our guests and private parking is provided.

Location and surroundings of object

Zabrezani is a small village near the town of Pazin, in the centre of Istria. All around are woods and meadows, filled with good hiking and cycling trails. The village is easily accessible by car as the motorway exit is only 10 minutes away.

The Plodine supermarket and Lidl supermarket are 15 minutes away. There are many good restaurants in the area (Motel Lovac, Konoba Beram ...) and the gas station is nearby.

Pazin, the next town is over 1000 years old. With a castle built on top of a cave, offers a spectacular view of the natural phenomena. In the center of Pazin there is a self-produced food market, a fish market, a cinema, two beautiful waterfalls, a river. A special attraction is a rope slide and rope jumping which go over the Pazin cave.
