Our holiday home on the Costa Blanca is a detached house with 110 sqm living space and private pool of about 4 x 7 m on a plot of 319 sqm. It was built in Spanish style and completed in autumn 1997.

The house is located in the beautiful coastal settlement "Cumbre del Sol" in the heart of the Costa Blanca between Moraira and Javea in the north of the province of Alicante. Above the picturesque fishing village of Moraira it lies directly on the sea, with a beautiful sea view that can never be obstructed. To the Cumbre del Sol belongs an approx. 400 m long bathing bay. The last 50 m of this bay are designated as nudist areas.

Our house is lovingly equipped with everything. Here are the most important details:
- Beautiful pool approx. 4 x 7 m. The water is subject to constant control by a pool service. The pool can be illuminated in the evening
- Terrace with beautiful sea view and winter garden. Its large window arches and the entrance are thermally glazed. Various deck chairs are available
- Wood blinds in Andalusian style against sunlight from outside. Inside: Sun blinds to pull down
- 2 spacious bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes (1 x with double bed, 1 x with 2 single beds). Both bedrooms are equipped with fans
- Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc.
- Cosy living room with modern TV, music system and cosy dining area with sea view
- Bathroom with tub, modern walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine
- Additional shower directly at the pool
- For use in winter: All rooms are equipped with modern electric heating
- Car parking space
- Large, well-kept community pool in our street diagonally across the street
- Beautiful planting in the garden at the lower and upper part of the plot including lighting
- Accommodation: Maximum 4 persons
