Description

Our well-kept and lovingly furnished holiday home has approx. 80 m² of living space (non-smoking house, no pets)
It is located in a quiet holiday area, directly on a side arm of the Timmeler Meer. Behind the house is a 200 m² garden with direct access to the water. You can fish directly from our jetty or row a rowing boat directly onto the Timmeler Meer.

On the ground floor there is:
Living room with satellite TV
New bathroom (2021) with WC, shower, mirror cabinet, washing machine with dryer function
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and dining table for 5 persons
Bedroom with double bed
small storeroom

On the upper floor there is:
Bedroom with two single beds and satellite TV
Bedroom with box-spring bed (topper 180 x 200) and satellite TV
Bathroom with WC, bathtub and mirror cabinet

Location and surroundings of object

The Timmeler Meer is a 25 ha inland lake with a direct waterway into the Ems near Emden or into the North Sea. There is a sandy beach with an adjacent café and canoe rental. Timmel also has a marina with boat hire and slipway. There are countless fishing opportunities, also on the many canals in Großefehn. In the village there is a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and, of course, medical care. The Fehnland is ideal for cycling and walking tours. Because of the numerous canals, canoe tours can also be undertaken. Since the North Sea can be reached quickly from Timmel, there are many beautiful excursions, e.g.

Terrace

Everything was good; the care provided by Mrs. Beyen is excellent. The house is also okay. Unfortunately, we were there at the wrong time. The weather was very bad, but no one can do anything about that. The terrace is well made, but you can't sit there. It was windy, and the rain came from all sides, and the terrace was wet everywhere up to the house wall every day.

Again and again gladly

We had a wonderful Christmas time as a group of four in this really spotless house. There is nothing lacking in terms of the furnishings of the individual rooms. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Dreamlike vacation

Had a dream week. Apartment beautifully furnished. Nothing is missing. Parking available at the house, the garden, the private jetty, the boat, everything is great. We have been to the house several times and always come back happily.

Special location directly on the canal

Optimally equipped holiday home in the middle of East Frisia. With the four bicycles, the rowing boat and the surfboard for SUP, it won't be boring. Great recreation factor! Highly recommended. Problem with the shower was solved immediately, although it was Sunday, very nice contact person on site!

Enjoyed a relaxing vacation.

The house is very tastefully and practically furnished. Very well-maintained and exceptionally clean. We went on cycling tours every day with our own bikes, but there are also bikes in the shed. We have already booked again for next year and are looking forward to it.

Very beautiful surroundings and a great house.

Well-being factor guaranteed.

We spent wonderful Pentecost days at the Timmeler Meer, and this holiday home significantly contributed to it. It is decorated with great care and taste and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable.
On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun on the lounge, while tall trees in the garden provide shade. There is a jetty leading directly to the side arm (perfect for stand-up paddling). It was a short break to relax and unwind!
We are already looking forward to next time! Thank you very much and warm regards!

A beautiful, lovingly furnished house down to the last detail where nothing is missing.

Lovingly furnished house in a prime location

A very beautiful house in an absolutely top location at Timmeler Meer!
The area is very quiet and perfect for relaxing.
We brought our bicycles, but there are also some available at the house.
Nicely centrally located for trips to Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, and Leer.
We have rarely stayed in such a well-maintained holiday home, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
This holiday home is absolutely recommended. Three thumbs up!!!!
