Description
Our well-kept and lovingly furnished holiday home has approx. 80 m² of living space (non-smoking house, no pets)
It is located in a quiet holiday area, directly on a side arm of the Timmeler Meer. Behind the house is a 200 m² garden with direct access to the water. You can fish directly from our jetty or row a rowing boat directly onto the Timmeler Meer.
On the ground floor there is:

New bathroom (2021) with WC, shower, mirror cabinet, washing machine with dryer function
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and dining table for 5 persons

Location and surroundings of object
The Timmeler Meer is a 25 ha inland lake with a direct waterway into the Ems near Emden or into the North Sea. There is a sandy beach with an adjacent café and canoe rental. Timmel also has a marina with boat hire and slipway. There are countless fishing opportunities, also on the many canals in Großefehn. In the village there is a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and, of course, medical care. The Fehnland is ideal for cycling and walking tours. Because of the numerous canals, canoe tours can also be undertaken. Since the North Sea can be reached quickly from Timmel, there are many beautiful excursions, e.g.

Special location directly on the canal
Optimally equipped holiday home in the middle of East Frisia. With the four bicycles, the rowing boat and the surfboard for SUP, it won't be boring. Great recreation factor! Highly recommended. Problem with the shower was solved immediately, although it was Sunday, very nice contact person on site!

Erholsamen Urlaub verbracht
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr gepflegt und außerordentlich sauber. Wir haben jeden Tag mit unseren eigenen Rädern Rad Touren unternommen es sind aber auch Räder im Schuppen. Wir haben schon wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon.

Sehr schöne Umgebung und ein tolles Haus
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Es war für uns alle ein volles entschleunigen. Daa Boot war sehr oft im Einsatz, man konnte auch vom Wasser aus, die schöne Gegend erkunden. Wir kommen wieder.

Wohlfühlfaktor garantiert
Wir haben wunderschöne Pfingsttage am Timmeler Meer verbracht und dazu hat dieses Ferienhaus erheblich beigetragen. Es ist total liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Auf der Terrasse kann man die Sonne auf der Lounge genießen, im Garten sorgen hohe Bäume für Schatten, es gibt einen Steg direkt zum Seitenarm (herrlich zum Stand up Paddeling), es war ein Kurzurlaub zum Seele baumeln lassen!
Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Es war sehr schön
In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung war echt gemütlich. Auch der Garten war wunderschön mit dem See dahinter. Wir werden auf jedenfall nochmal wieder kommen.

Ein schönes, bis ins letzte Detail liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in dem es an nichts fehlt.
Die ruhige Lage und der schöne Außenbereich haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns hier wunderbar erholen konnten und wir sind überzeugt, dass es nicht unser letzter Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus war.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in top Lage
Ein Sehr schoenes Haus in absoluter top Lage am Timmeler Meer !
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und zum entspannen absolut top .
Wir hatten unsere Fahrraeder mit , es sind aber auch welche am Haus verfuegbar .
Schoen zentral gelegen fuer Ausfluege nach Emden , Aurich , Norddeich und Leer .
Wir haben selten ein so sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus bewohnt , was den Aufenthalt noch einmal so schoen macht .
Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen . Drei Daumen hoch !!!!
