Modern, newly built luxury holiday home with 5 stars at Timmeler Meer. The holiday home is built according to building biology standards and certified. The ground floor features a bedroom, WC, spacious kitchen with dining area, flooded with light. The upper floor includes 3 more bedrooms with double beds, a baby room, bathroom with a corner bathtub and shower, 2 sinks, separate WC. Outside, there is a beautiful garden, sauna, boat dock, carport and equipment room, terrace with furniture, small playground equipment, 5 bicycles, and accommodates up to 8 people.

The house is located on a side channel of the Timmeler sea. You go to the beach about 10 minutes Fuß.Dort there is also a beach sauna. The Reitzentum is within walking distance. In the village there are some restaurants that you can quickly reach on foot. A supermarket with butcher and bakery is also on car you can take many excursions: coast about 40 km, empty 15 km, 10km Aurich, Emden, 20km, 30km WHV, Wiesmoor 15km

The holiday home was built according to building biology principles. Before construction began, a site survey was carried out to avoid any disturbance zones. Clay, bricks, wood, isofloc, clay and lime paints were used as building materials. Further special features are: Wall heating (radiant heat), thus no dust swirling in the air, no electrostatic charges on floors and walls, no electromagnetic fields in the house. Thus a healthy house climate was achieved. This was proven by measurements taken by Baubiologie Bonn.

Vacation with Dog
A beautiful large house, it lacks nothing. Smaller problems were resolved or fixed immediately. A beautifully maintained, large garden with its own dock. The property is completely fenced, which was perfect for our dog. In the area, you can find shopping and entertainment options as well as dining. We had a wonderful time.

The one-star rating I gave your house a month ago may have been given by mistake, or the rating may have been given by someone else with my name.
