Available is a 60 m² bright and well-maintained vacation apartment with private access, in a detached single-story house with Mallorcan flair, on a fenced 400 m² corner lot, surrounded by a 20-year-old Mediterranean garden. Parking spaces are available in front of the property.
You can access the apartment via the external staircase.
You will find bright rooms, a well-maintained friendly decor, double glazing, stone floors, and visible wooden ceiling beams. In the kitchen-living room, there are a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, and the well-known kitchen setup.
In the living-sleeping room, you will find SAT TV, stereo system, books, free internet with access code. The apartment offers peace and good internet, making it suitable for remote workers or digital nomads.
1 double bed with 2 mattresses, each 80 x 200, built-in wardrobe,
1 bathroom with shower tub, sink, and WC, hairdryer.

Location and surroundings of object
Sa Rapita is a coastal town in the south of Mallorca. Located directly by the sea, there are no hotels, no discos, but there is a good ice cream parlor, terrace restaurants, shopping facilities for daily needs, a bakery with cafe, and a newspaper stand on the sea promenade. There are two marinas for sailing enthusiasts. This is where the Es Trenc beach begins, with 9 km of fine sandy beach and blue sea.
There is a bus stop with connections to other villages and Palma de Mallorca, and also bicycle rental. The sea promenade runs from Club Nautico / Marina Sa Rapita to Club Nautico / Marina in Estanyol, which are about 4 km apart. Along the sea, you can see beautiful views and magnificent sunsets and can stop at one of the bars and restaurants to refresh and watch the sunset. In Sa Rapita, tourism is more manageable as it mostly consists of day visitors.
The protected harbor of Sa Rapita with yachts and Majorcan boats is worth a visit. Here one can indulge in sporty water activities such as paddle surfing or kayaking for a small fee. At Club Nautik, the natural beach of Sa Rapita begins, followed by Es Trenc beach towards Ses Sovetes. The Mediterranean water is delightful, gently sloping into the splendid wetness, making the beach attractive for families with small children.
Local residents and guests find good shopping opportunities in Campos, 10 km away. 5 large supermarkets offer their goods at affordable prices. On Saturdays in Campos, there is also a large market with all sorts of things, including a vegetable market with regional offerings and even a flea market.
The town of Llucmajor, 15 km away, is also a good option for an excursion. Here, the market with a flea market takes place on Friday morning. Additionally, you can visit the approximately 500 m high Randa monastic hill, which rises just around the corner to 500 m altitude.

One baby/child up to 10 years old pays a flat rate of 10 Euros/night.
One baby crib and high chair are included, if needed. Please specify if you need a baby crib.
One-time final cleaning: 100 Euros per booking
Energy costs: The energy cost contribution is 8 Euros/night and is to be paid on site and in cash. Ecotax for persons aged 16 and older: 2 euros per person/night, for the first 7 nights. All subsequent nights 1 euro/night. A copy of your ID is required at check-in.
A deposit of 200 euros is required for firm bookings. The remaining payment is due on arrival or 3 weeks before arrival by bank transfer. A security deposit of 200 euros is required at check-in against receipt.
The apartment is also available for rent during the winter months and over Christmas/New Year. The minimum rental period is 6 nights. Please feel free to ask for a non-binding cost estimate.
Long-term tenants are welcome; we are happy to make you a non-binding offer.
Good internet is available, making the apartment interesting for remote workers or digital nomads.

Top holiday flat with a great view
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this holiday flat
It is lovingly furnished, clean, very quietly located and well equipped (we didn't miss anything).
The roof terrace is a highlight and we use it every day. The view with the first coffee in the morning is simply priceless.
For us, the flat mainly served as a starting point for extensive wonderful hikes. The beautiful beach of Sa Rapita is also very easy to reach.
Our request was answered directly. The landlady is very nice, helpful and gave us very valuable tips.
We can recommend this accommodation without reservation.
