.On the ground floor of the villa there is a large modern kitchen with its own dining room and living room. This space is connected to the pool and terrace by large sliding glass walls, which with its contents makes an extension of the living room and expands this living space during the warmer months.

Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where 4 bedrooms are located. Two of them, air-conditioned with double beds, have a private bathroom. On the same floor are another air-conditioned double room and a twin bedroom, also air-conditioned. Of course, guests have at their disposal a third bathroom.
Again on this floor there is a small space equipped with a comfortable armchair and a unique view of the surrounding nature available to those who want to escape a bit in complete peace.
Upstairs, internal stairs lead us to the imposing roof terrace that covers the entire space of the house. Armchairs and sun loungers are available for those who want to enjoy sunbathing during the day or the magnificent starry sky on summer evenings.
Once again, from this terrace you can only enjoy this idyllic landscape, composed of the richness of the region such as olive trees and famous vineyards of Istria.
In the outdoor garden, everyone can enjoy the swimming pool or the outdoor lounge located nearby, while watching the children who can have fun not far away in the space reserved for them.
