From the living room you enter a glazed loggia with a large dining table and comfortable seating,
here you can comfortably have your meals even with a large family.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed, wardrobe and TV set. Both bedrooms are quietly situated facing the courtyard
High chair and cot are available free of charge upon request.
The bathroom has a toilet and shower.

A very nice and spacious apartment with a maritime design, 2 televisions were very practical for the evenings, parking at the house, the entire booking process was uncomplicated, everything worked perfectly from start to finish!

We booked this apartment because we needed a bike storage room for our bikes. The bike room in this house is really spacious, access via a ramp -> perfect! The apartment convinced us with its size. Nicely bright and nicely furnished. All good!

Very nice!! Highly recommended.
We had a very nice holiday. The vacation rental is wonderful and nicely furnished. Everything is clean and there is plenty of space in the rooms. All in all, we were very satisfied and will definitely be back soon.

Girls' holiday in Binz!
The large veranda with the big dining table was our favorite place to stay. Here we could chat comfortably at the set table. Next year we will come back!

Modern apartment with plenty of space!
The apartment is lovely. We especially enjoyed the large loggia, where we had a relaxed breakfast every morning.
The parking space was right by the house.
It doesn't take long to reach the town center and the beach.
