Description of the house
The house is located in a quiet holiday home residential park (AIDA Park) behind the dyke. From here it is about 200 metres to the beach and the sea. Behind the dyke you will find a very large playground, a sandy beach with parasols, a very large sunbathing lawn with many beach chairs, where you can relax and enjoy many sunsets.
Just a few metres away on foot are several restaurants, ice cream parlours, fish stalls, the coastal market, a bakery and much more. A larger supermarket is approx. 800 metres away - here you will find everything you need for your daily needs.
There are also many events on offer for children: Pony rides, pirate spectacles with treasure hunts on the beach, beach parties, mudflat hikes, farm tours followed by cow milking and much more.
Bicycles can be hired in the immediate vicinity.
If you are travelling with your dog, there is a sunbathing area directly to the right of the main beach especially for dog owners. Here you can also take your dog into the North Sea or the mudflats.
House in general:
It is a detached bungalow with a total living area of approx. 60 m² on a plot of approx. 350 m². The entire property is largely fenced and protected from view, so that small children are protected and dogs can also run free. There is also a small canal behind the garden.
There is also a private car park for your car on the property.
The newly renovated living/bedroom is approx. 35 m² in size. The large sliding glass door provides an ideal view of the garden and leads directly out onto the terrace. In the living room you will find a corner couch with a fold-out double bed, a dining area for 4 people, a colour TV (satellite dish) and a radio with CD and MP3 player.
There are also 2 smaller bedrooms (each approx. 6m²). The bathroom incl. shower and WC as well as the kitchen are in excellent condition. Furthermore, there is a storage room in the house and an outside storage room.
All rooms except the kitchen and bathroom are fitted with laminate flooring. A gas central heating system creates a cosy and warm atmosphere in the rooms during the cold months.
Sleeping (up to max. 4 persons):
In the living room/bedroom there is a fold-out sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), in one of the smaller bedrooms there is a bunk bed and in the other a single bed (1.00 m x 2.00 m each). A travel cot is available for small children. There are also built-in wardrobes in the house for clothes and linen.
Kitchen/dining table:
A fully equipped fitted kitchen incl. 4-plate electric hob with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, pad machine, blender and much more round off the overall view of the house. There is also enough crockery and cutlery for more than 4 people.
The dining area invites you to linger in comfort. There is also a high chair for small children and a high chair for an older child.
Garden:
The terrace is a south-facing terrace. There are four garden chairs, a garden table, a parasol, two sun loungers and a barbecue at your disposal.
Miscellaneous:
You must bring your own bed linen and towels. However, please note that there is a mattress measuring 1.40 m x 2.0 m in the living/sleeping area and you would need to bring a correspondingly large bed sheet.
Dogs are of course allowed; other animals on request.

Location and surroundings of object
Tossens has been a state-recognised spa resort on the North Sea coast since 1892. It is located between the Jade Bay (Wilhelmshaven) and the Weser estuary (Bremerhaven) approx. 50 km north of Oldenburg. Tossens is known for its healthy air and special climate and is ideal for a family holiday with children at any time of year.
All important shopping facilities can be reached on foot or by bike. A wide range of leisure activities are also on offer.
