Our house is located 3 km from Mayrhofen. Year-round skiing in the Tuxertal at the Zillertal Glacier is 28 km from the house.
The 3 apartments for a total of 10 people: Superior Apartment Zillertal (2 people) is on the ground floor with a terrace, the Superior Apartment Penken (2-4 people) and Studio Apartment Ahorn (2-4 people) are on the upper floor of the house. A combination sauna (Finnish/bio) with relaxation area is also located on the same floor outside the apartments. Modern, fully equipped kitchen-living room with granite countertop, microwave/air combination, Nespresso Pro capsule machine (initial supply), ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, refrigerator. Bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, spacious bedrooms with foldable TV in modern Tyrolean style, balcony with a fantastic view of our mountains.

The "HUAMATL" is located at the beginning of the Ramsberg at about 630m. Seehöhe, in quiet, sunny öner view of our wonderful mountain world. The centre can be reached by car in a few minutes, and about 10 minutes on foot. In Mayrhofen/Hippach you will find adventure and fun all summer long. With mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, horseback riding and climbing, adventures and nature freaks will find what they are looking for. km of hiking trails, km of biking routes and 150 managed huts leave nothing to be desired. Even more adept sportsmen and women can enjoy unforgettable holiday prospects high above the Zillertal in a tandem flight with a paraglider. The Action Berg Penken and Genießerberg Ahorn, the 18-hole golf course in Uderns-15km away, the Freizeit Anlage Mayrhofen/Hippach with an adventure swimming pool, beach volleyball courts, a trompoline facility and a skating rink are just some of the cool tips for all sports fans

Simply switch off for a few days and concentrate on the essentials again - your health, your family, your friends and yourself. Our Superior Apartment Penken and Studio Apartment Ahorn offer space for up to 8 people. The apartments are located door to door on the same floor and are perfect for 2 families who want to enjoy their time alone. We are a young host family, in 3rd generation, who have inherited the tradition of renting and hospitality from our parents and grandparents. In the summer of 2018 we decided to adapt our apartments to the latest standards with modern and luxurious furnishings.
