From the beautiful Villa Valpiana, to reach an amazing beach of your choice, there are 15 minutes.
For all your daily needs, a supermarket (Konzum in Vodnjan) is only 10 minutes drive. The area is rich in small roads that go through vineyards and olive groves, leading to fantastic specialty restaurants
Bale, Fazana, Peroj, Rovinj are beautiful places with pebble beaches and beautiful sunsets. Medulin offers an amazing sandy beach and at Cape "Rt Kamenjak" you can experience a unique beach immersed on a large rock in the sea.
This village is really set in a beautiful place where from you can reach all the beautiful places in Istria easily and quickly.

Great family vacation
We had a great stay as a family in this holiday home. The house is located somewhat off the beaten path, and you can enjoy pure tranquility there. However, shops and various beaches are quickly accessible by car. Everything is available, very clean, and modernly furnished. The pool, which is cleaned twice a week, is of course great. The kids and we had a lot of fun and a relaxing vacation. A big thank you to the hosts who were very nice and warmly welcomed us.
We will definitely come back :)

Delightful vacation!
Enjoyed an excellent stay at Villa Valpiana, hosted by the very kind owners Mr. & Mrs. Macan. They gave us a warm welcome and were available for any kind of info, help... Thanks so much! The house is lovely: well equipped, air-conditioned, very clean. The house is located in a very calm area, but still close (20 min. drive) to the coast, which was great for us and for the kids. Enjoyed the pool enormously, as well as the outdoor kitchen and the BBQ. The beds are of good quality and gave us a good night's rest! There's much to do at the coast, there are so many beaches to discover. Must-see/must-do's: Pula, Poreč, Rovinj, Pazin, boat trip at sea, local (sea)food, apero time in the nice setting of Svetvincenat and much more... I would not hesitate to book this holiday home again! Just one small tip for the owners: cushions on the lounge seats might make it perfect.

Recreational holiday
We travelled as a couple and were there for just over a week. We liked it very much.
The house is top. The pool is a dream. We didn't miss anything. The house is very quiet in the countryside and yet everything in the area is within easy reach by car.
Our hosts were very nice and we will definitely come back.

Dream Family Vacation
We stayed at the villa for 14 days.
The house is new with top equipment.
The pool is fantastic.
The house is very remote, offering absolute peace in the middle of the forest.
The only neighbor is never seen.
One should be aware that there are small animals in nature. That was not a problem for us.
The Macan family are very nice people who do everything to make you feel comfortable. The pool was cleaned twice a week. We would like to thank you for two wonderful weeks in your great villa. If we come back to Croatia, I will definitely book this villa again. Best regards, Family Kameri
