From the beautiful Villa Valpiana, to reach an amazing beach of your choice, there are 15 minutes.
For all your daily needs, a supermarket (Konzum in Vodnjan) is only 10 minutes drive. The area is rich in small roads that go through vineyards and olive groves, leading to fantastic specialty restaurants
Bale, Fazana, Peroj, Rovinj are beautiful places with pebble beaches and beautiful sunsets. Medulin offers an amazing sandy beach and at Cape "Rt Kamenjak" you can experience a unique beach immersed on a large rock in the sea.
This village is really set in a beautiful place where from you can reach all the beautiful places in Istria easily and quickly.

In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Delightful vacation!
Enjoyed an excellent stay at Villa Valpiana, hosted by the very kind owners Mr. & Mrs. Macan. They gave us a warm welcome and were available for any kind of info, help... Thanks so much! The house is lovely: well equipped, air-conditioned, very clean. The house is located in a very calm area, but still close (20 min. drive) to the coast, which was great for us and for the kids. Enjoyed the pool enormously, as well as the outdoor kitchen and the BBQ. The beds are of good quality and gave us a good night's rest! There's much to do at the coast, there are so many beaches to discover. Must-see/must-do's: Pula, Poreč, Rovinj, Pazin, boat trip at sea, local (sea)food, apero time in the nice setting of Svetvincenat and much more... I would not hesitate to book this holiday home again! Just one small tip for the owners: cushions on the lounge seats might make it perfect.

Recreational holiday
We travelled as a couple and were there for just over a week. We liked it very much.
The house is top. The pool is a dream. We didn't miss anything. The house is very quiet in the countryside and yet everything in the area is within easy reach by car.
Our hosts were very nice and we will definitely come back.

Traum Familien Urlaub
Wir waren 14 Tage in der Villa
Das Haus ist neu .Top Ausstattung.
Der Pool ist der Hit.
Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegenen man hat absulute Ruhe im Mitten vom Wald.
Der einzige Nachbar den sieht man nie.
Man sollte sich aber im Klaren sein dasb es in der Natur kleine Tiere giebt. Das war für uns kein Problem.
Die Familie Macan sind sehr nette Leute tuen alles damit man sich wohl fühlt. Pool würde zweimal pro Woche gereinigt.
Wir bedanken uns für zwei wundervolle Wochen in ihrer tollen Villa.
Sollten wir noch einmal nach Kroatien kommen werde ich diese Villa aufjeden fall wieder buchen. Herzliche Grüsse Familie Kameri

Fantastische woning.
De villa is heel goed ingericht, overal airco, en heeft ook een buitenkeuken met gas Bbq. Eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk. Ping ping, badminton, volleybalnet ook aanwezig. Heel rustig gelegen. Op 10' van een winkeltje voor eerste boodschappen. Op een half uurtje van grotere winkels en restaurantjes. Wanneer je wil genieten van een rustige familievakantie, is deze woning top!!! Alle comfort aanwezig.
