The 78m² holiday apartment "Flora" in La Paz fills you from the first moment with a feeling of relaxation and well-being.
You have arrived in a new furnished apartment with love to the detail, 2 sun terraces, 2 bedrooms, a tastefully furnished living room with adjoining kitchen, completely equipped with adjoining room for the washing machine and all useful things where nothing will be missing.
The terraces offer new seating furniture for 4 persons with 2 sun beds and convince by a free view to the sea and to the Teide, accompanied by a cultivated garden landscape, where also the pool is.
Both living room and bedroom have access to the large terrace and a bed size of 180 x 200 cm equipped with new high quality mattresses (2 single mattresses on single slatted frames 90x200cm each) and lets you quickly find nightly relaxation.
Both bedrooms have large built-in cupboards with plenty of storage and hanging possibilities.
The bathroom with shower, large washbasin, toilet and Bity can be reached independently from both bedrooms.
The apartment is ideal for a family with 1-2 children but also possible for 2 couples, there is the possibility of extra bed.
For your rental car an underground parking space is reserved with direct lift access to the apartment.

Dreamlike holiday apartment in a great location
Tenerife is always worth a trip, especially after the beautiful time in this holiday apartment.
The apartment is located in the best area in La Paz. In the nearby surroundings, there is everything the heart desires. Shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés, and different beaches/sights.
The apartment is situated in a quiet and clean residential complex. The apartment was clean, cozy, and equipped beyond measure with everything one could wish for. There are two balconies where one can infinitely enjoy, for example, lingering for breakfast and being pampered by the sun. All information about the apartment corresponded to reality.
The process went smoothly. Mrs. Holland and her husband are very friendly, approachable, helpful, and were always reachable.
In short, this apartment is absolutely recommendable and deserves 5 stars.
